Lenovo Vibe X3 With Snapdragon 808 Launched In India
As promised last year, Lenovo has introduced its latest flagship Vibe X3 in the Indian market. The new beauty from the company has been priced at Rs. 19,999 and will hit the shelves exclusively via Amazon India from next Thursday!
Though Lenovo Vibe X3 packs a tempting set of specs, it is quite surprising that the company has promised another smartphone launch specifically for the “Youth” of the country. According to the Chinese giant, the “Youth” variant of Lenovo Vibe X3 will hit the shelves soon in India. However, there is still no word on its pricing or availability details.
As far as Vibe X3 is concerned, the new device looks just like an upgraded avatar of Lenovo Vibe K4 Note. It incorporates a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, and endows a lifelike viewing experience with 100 percent colour reproduction, 178-degree wide viewing angle, and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. Under the hood, it packs a strong punch against leading mid-range players, and offers enormous power with a hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor paired 3GB RAM, Adreno 418 GPU, and 32GB of on-board storage. The memory on this handset can also be expanded up to 128 gigs via microSD.
Along with top-tier innards, Lenovo Vibe X3 brings stupendous camera capabilities as well. The device sports a 21-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX230 sensor, Phase Detection Auto Focus, Largan 6P lens, and 4k video recording. It features an aperture as wide as f/2.0, and gives a nice photography experience in all environments. Even the 8-megapixel front-facing snapper performs accurately, and creates a picture-perfect selfie-experience with a slew of modes and filters.
On the connectivity front, Lenovo Vibe X3 features the same set of specs that come with Vibe K4 Note and other mid-ranged phones. It packs advanced LTE connectivity for faster internet access, and gives a slick user-experience with a bunch of sensors (proximity, light, accelerometer) and a responsive fingerprint sensor on the back panel. The usual set of connectivity options on this handset include, 3G HSPA+, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, IR Blaster, and microUSB 2.0.
The performance of Vibe X3 is backed by a powerful 3500 mAh battery. It’s smaller than the 3,600 mAh battery packed with the China variant, but that’s a difference that doesn’t really count!
