what a totally ignorant and bogus headline. We have been at defcon 4 for the last several years! nothing has changed. Defcon 4 is the next to lowest level of threat. To suggest otherwise seems simply something to make unaware people frightened for no reason. Shame on whoever posted this.
The information in this article is inaccurate and misleading. First, according to other articles over the past two weeks The U.S. is at DEFCON 2 (RED). Second, DEFCON 4 is Green not Blue. Lastly, the U.S. was at DEFCON 2 on October 22, 1962 during the Cuban missile crisis not DEFCON 4.
