Mueller Refused To Investigate The Highest Profile Case In Federal Court

Mueller refused to investigate the highest federal case for fraud upon the court after it being reported to the United States Marshalls Service.

The Crimes of Judge Simandle

Judge Simandle was well aware that he broke the law in light of  the following facts

1. Dismissing James Damiano’s civil action against Bob Dylan for copyright infringement.

Judge Simandle’s dismissal of James Damiano vs Bob Dylan for copyright infringement in summary judgement was forbidden by law as per the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 56 ( c ). Rule 56 states:

Rule 56. Summary Judgment. … The court shall grant summary judgment only if the movant shows that there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact.

2. Thirty-five hours of video-taped depositions. All thirty five hours documented Bob Dylan’s eleven year solicitation of James Damiano’s songs.

 3, A Harvard educated musicologist supporting the fact that Bob Dylan’s Song “Dignity” and James Damiano’s song “Steel Guitars” bore the same exact melodic arc. Plaintiff’s song “Steal Guitars” was copyrighted nine years prior to Dylan’s copyright registration with the library of Congress.

4. Damiano’s lyrical hook of Dignity was copyrighted nine years prior to Dylan’s copyright registration of Dignity.
 

5. Eleven years of correspondence through certified and substantiated documents, letters and certified mail receipts. 

6. Dylan had none as in not one piece of evidence he could defend himself with.

A CD Rom containing plaintiff Damiano’s default motion against Bob Dylan and a four-hour videotape of segments of various depositions taken during discovery have been produced to the United States Marshall’s Service. After reviewing Plaintiff’s materials The United States Marshall’s Service commented in Plaintiff James Damiano’s favor, stating that Damiano’s case was a “shut tight case” that he should  have won.

Damiano sent 93 Dvd’s of his motion to all 93 United States Attorney office’s.
