America Observes 246th Fourth Of July With Its 309th Mass Shooting In 2022 With The Bulk Of The Violence Occurring In Cities Run By Democrats

Today we ask why it is that so many cities across America that are run by Democrats experience the majority of the mass shootings and gun violence?

With the shooting in Highland Park, Illinois, on the nation’s 246th birthday, the U.S. had marked its 309th mass shooting this year, according to a nonprofit that tracks gunfire incidents. To date this year, there have been on average 11 mass shootings per week, the nonprofit Gun Violence Archive’s data show. The group classifies an incident as a mass shooting when four or more people, excluding the shooter, are shot or killed. So my question to you is why do the vast majority of mass shootings in America take place in cities and states run by hardcore Democrats with lots and lots of gun laws like Chicago?

Before you answer that question, let me take you back to a time in America when Barack Obama and Joe Biden ran things, the years between 2008 to 2016 AD. Back in 2019, the far-Left publication Time Magazine was nice enough to produce an article showing all the people killed or wounded in mass shootings here in America going all the way back to 1982. Time said that an astonishing 631 people were killed and wounded in mass shootings while Obama and Biden were in charge. Talk about an eye-opener. So why do so many mass shooters choose cities run by Democrats to conduct their killing sprees in? Because they know that the heavy and restrictive gun laws those cities have create a populace unable to defend themselves. Banning guns will never stop gun violence just like making drugs illegal will never stop the sale and use of illegal drugs. Please pray for the family and people impacted by this horrific tragedy in the ultraviolent, Democrat-controlled city of Chicago. And if you live in Chicago, think about moving somewhere safer, like any state run by Republicans.

Suspect Robert Crimo in custody after 6 killed, dozens wounded at Highland Park Fourth of July parade

FROM THE CHICAGO SUN TIMES: More than eight hours after firing a “high-powered rifle” from a rooftop onto a crowd attending Highland Park’s Fourth of July parade, killing six people and wounding dozens in one of the worst mass shootings in Illinois history, a gunman suspected of causing the carnage was pulled over peacefully on U.S. 41 in Lake Forest.

At 6:45 p.m. Monday, the Highland Park police said a “person of interest” — identified as Robert E. “Bobby” Crimo III, 22 — had been “taken into custody without incident” on U.S. 41 at Westleigh Road in Lake Forest.

The arrest came after he was spotted by a North Chicago police officer and following a short chase. Crimo was taken to the Highland Park police station, police Chief Lou Jogmen said.

Christopher Covelli of the Lake County sheriff’s office and the Lake County major crimes task force said authorities were using the terms “suspect” and “person of interest” interchangeably. As of 9 p.m., no charges had been filed, and the police gave no indication of what the motive for the shootings might have been. READ MORE
