Exactly 7 Days After Israel And The United States Agreed To The Two State Solution, Hurricane Ian Smashes Florida Causing Catastrophic Destruction

Exactly one week after both Israel and the United States agreeing to the Two State Solution at the United Nations, Hurricane Ian hits Florida

As I write this, Hurricane Ian is howling directly overhead, the power in our condo flickers on and off, and I am grateful for the battery backup that keeps my computer running uninterrupted. It was exactly one week ago yesterday that the prime minister of Israel said the Jews are ready to divide their land to create a Palestinian state. It is exactly one week ago today that both Israel and the United States stood before the United Nations General Assembly and declared their support for the Two State Solution. Hurricane Ian has decimated whole sections of the west coast of Florida, is that coincidence, or is the Lord speaking?

“Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.” Zephaniah 3:8 (KJB)

Hurricane Ian is the first hurricane to hit Florida since 2018, all the other ones either blew away or amounted to nothing. So to have a storm of this magnitude, doing the damage it is doing, exactly one week after both the US and Israel agree to the Two State Solution, to me, is no coincidence. Please pray for all the people who have been, who currently are, and who will be in the path of this deadly storm, that the Lord will be gracious and show mercy. Pray also for Israel and the Jews who, despite the witness of all the prophets, are unwittingly preparing themselves to enter into the time of Jacob’s trouble that will begin after the Rapture of the Church takes place.

Hurricane Ian updates: Florida sheriff says ‘fatalities are in the hundreds’ after monster storm

FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER: After Hurricane Ian swept through Florida on Thursday, the storm left millions without power, and officials are predicting there may be hundreds of fatalities.

“Fatalities are in the hundreds,” Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno told Good Morning America on Thursday.

Ian was moving northeast across Florida at about 8 mph with maximum sustained winds of 65 mph at 5 a.m. Thursday, according to the National Hurricane Center. However, the agency warned that Ian could pick back up and reach hurricane strength as it reaches Florida’s east coast on Saturday, posing risks to Georgia and the Carolinas.

The NHC downgraded Hurricane Ian to tropical storm status early Thursday morning after the storm began to weaken gradually overnight Wednesday as it moved across central Florida. It’s not yet clear how many fatalities or injuries have been sustained due to Ian, and there have not been any reports or numbers from state officials.

President Joe Biden declared a major disaster for Florida early Thursday morning, approving the distribution of federal aid to supplement recovery efforts in the aftermath of Ian. This federal assistance includes grants for temporary housing and home repairs, loans to insure property losses, and other programs to assist business owners in recovering from the storm’s damage.

Ian made landfall in Florida as a Category 4 storm with maximum sustained winds of 150 mph just after 3 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, making it the strongest hurricane to rock the state since Hurricane Michael in 2018. State officials issued evacuation orders earlier this week before the storm reached the state, warning of possibly life-threatening conditions from high winds and heavy rainfall. READ MORE
