Silver and Gold may be leaving the multi-year Twilight Zone

The US Dollar is lower in the early morning with the trade at 82.560,  down 11.9 points from yesterday’s close and way above reality based on our country’s economic conditions,  but as long as there are these super large bailed out institutions that are supported by the central banking black box systems,  the money flows will continue.   Treasuries continue to do nothing as the buyers of last resort keep buying up all the instruments from the BRICS as they continue to position themselves away from the raising of interest rates that we feel are due anytime now.   The Energy Sector is just as dead as the Treasuries with Crude Oil trading at $94.12,  up 12 cents as the rest of the sector continues to remain way behind the fundamentals of ISIS,  Syria,  Ukraine,  Israel,  and all the other takeover failures we are all keenly aware of.   None of this is going to end well and even though the prices are not moving in accordance to anything that was taught or that worked in the past,  we’re still forced to push on thru the twilight zone of investments.   Gold is trading higher after yesterday’s trades with the 1% cap put in place proving once again that manipulation is the driving force behind everything with Gold now at $1,286.70,  up $1.50 with gains showing up in its Open Interest.  Silver is trading higher as well with its price now at $19.50,  up 4.1 cents after being driven lower yesterday after our report was posted and with the overall OI falling ever so slightly and is still trading at multi-year highs as the roll overs continue.   The September contract is posting a gain in OI.   We posted yesterday’s early morning numbers at 23,721 and this morning we have a total of 27,253 contracts.   A gain of 3,532 contracts and during our trading day yesterday,  we witnessed a climb to 39,000.   Something is going on with Silver and admittedly we’re excited about the meanings within the OI.   Now,  it could be that we’re simply reading these numbers wrong in the early morning darkness,  after all,  I only drink one espresso every morning (but most of the sentences I write are complete),  or the trading system is actually punching out bad numbers,  or there is something very suspicious going on at the CME group level.   Regardless of the excuses,  Silver bears watching for sure and for certain. When Silver finally breaks above $50, it will spell the exiting of the twilight zone we’ve been in these past many years.   Bitcoin is leading the charge in the anti-fiat trades with its price currently at $521,  up $12.90 and inside a 24 hour trading range of $523.10 and $502.30.   Ripple Coin is following Bitcoin’s lead and is higher as well with its trade at $0.005067 making big percentage moves but not moving much inside the penny swings.   Grains are mostly higher with Corn and the front month of Soy Beans showing negativity,  Softs are flat across the board and the Live Stock Sector is still trading in the positive as we wait to see if any more restrictions are posted from the BRICS.   Nothing to worry about though as the Twisted Sisters of Paper come in and saves everyone (who’s crazy enough to buy and hold) as the Working Group continues to keep what should be flushed elevated,  almost to a point of worship.   Things are really falling apart behind the scenes as those willing to look see worst case scenarios come to life.   Christine Lagarde is under formal investigation for her works under Sarkozy at the same time France is restructuring its government.     France is supposedly the second strongest economy in Europe behind Germany,  and it seems that the Euro-Currency is about to be removed from usage.   This would force all the Euro nations back into their own currencies or right into the US Dollar and/or maybe into the BRICS new currency exchange.   Not a good place to be for anyone who doesn’t have physical Silver or Gold.     Have you noticed that there are no articles about BRICS lately?   Many financial advisors claim that the BRICS startup will be nothing because there’s only $50 Billion involved which is nothing compared to the Trillions if US Dollars that have been created for international use.   But what will matter the most (imo) is if this newer currency is going to be backed by percentages held in Gold/Silver and are held accountable by outside audits.   Where would the Dollar peg be if the Yuan became backed by ounces of Gold?   Something to think about as we close out our daily missive and observe that London is at it again by pushing Silver and Gold into negative territory. As long as Bitcoin stays positive throughout our day, the precious metals should recover.    Regardless of the shenanigans being pulled by the central banking system,  there is no other way to protect your purchasing power than to have physical Silver and Gold along with the Crypto-Currencies.   So keep them close and as always … Stay Strong!!
