Halloween Super Special, Silver and Gold at rock bottom prices thanks to Japan’s QE

Good Morning Fiat-Nam!   Let’s see what do we have on the board today?   Ah yes,  the almighty American Peso is up again,   Wow!   What do you think of that?   Let’s see why is it up?   Jobs,  Income inflation,  another must have American made product?   Nope,  The US Dollar is trading at 86.685,  up another 45.3 points after reaching 86.83 just after Japan announced its added version of QE into the world’s money pit,  which of course means more liquidity being pumped into a dead system that cannot stop its own heroin type addictions.

The Energy Sector continues to stay within its assigned trading level,  at least till the midterm elections are over next Tuesday with Crude Oil trading at $80.62,  down 50 cents from yesterday’s close with only Natural Gas the only product trading higher.   Putin has presented a plan that was acceptable for the Ukrainians to get their needed energy for the winter season as the NATO allies cave in on their own failed attempt to corral their newly created enemy. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/oct/30/ukraine-russia-eu-gas-supply-deal-conflict-tensions.

Does it feel like Putin is playing chess while our leaders who think they’re playing checkers?    It seems we have idiots steering our nation into oblivion with their failed resource wars and the simple fact that nobody, on either side believes the lies anymore.

Gold is being hammered again,  thank you Japan,  with the trade now at $1,173.30,  down $26.20 after being forced down to $1,166.20 during the London trading period.   The key to all this is the Open Interest,  which is not falling but gaining as buyers are coming in in huge levels with OI at 419,455 as of last night and now I have a count of 420,117 in the early morning trade.   Regardless of the price drop,  someone is coming in and dropping buy orders at every price level.   This is a huge development and will eventually swing the prices sharply higher,  especially,  if this is for physical deliveries.   Silver,  what we think is the key point of fear for the central banking system,  is trading lower as well with its trade at $16.055,  down 35.50 cents after dipping to $15.955.   The beating continues only in price as these deep pocketed longs refuse to leave as more buy orders come in during these price hits.   OI now stands at 178,787 after posting the closing numbers yesterday at 176,444.   Buyers swooping up in on this special Halloween sale.   Something wicked this way comes.

Bitcoin,  is once again leading prices with its trade at $338.20,  down 60 cents from yesterday’s quote and inside a 24 hour trading range between a $352.80 high and it’s low of $333.   The volatility swings are picking up as we close out Oct.   Ripple Coin has popped higher with its trade at $0.005055,  up from yesterday’s quote of $0.004983,  making our little outside the box experiment a profitable one.

Grains are mixed,  Softs are mostly lower with Sugar the only exception,  and the Live Stock Sector continues to trade at all-time highs in the reds as the Hogs follow.   Sure glad there’s no inflation,  otherwise I’d be worried.   Nothing to fear though,  regardless of the lack of jobs or careers,  no liquidity at the public level, tax revenues,  or crashing corporate and bank profits,  the Twisted Sisters of Paper will lead you to your paradise as they feel the love from Japan’s little QE.

China has been putting BRICS in the wall and has completely enclosed the US Dollar’s hegemony as Simon Black reports that this little direct currency swap trade is front page news all over Asia,  yet our brain dead news services continue to mislead everyone for their advertisement monies,  http://www.sovereignman.com/trends/the-dollar-decline-continues-china-begins-direct-convertibility-to-asias-1-financial-center-15435/ .   At the same time Sir Alan Greenspan is telling everyone that they better have Gold as the system cannot be changed in a gentle manner.   He may be trying to save his future legacy,  but I feel it’s way too late for that.   History will not be kind on any of the bankers,  politicians,  and the minions that tried but failed to serve the fiat system.   If you don’t see these events as the last gasps of a dead system,  there is nothing more any of us can do for you.   For those that see,  we’re buying Silver,  Gold,  and some Crypto’s,  as we do our best to prepare for the change of the century that seems to be only weeks away.
