Precious Metals catch their breath, before they continue the climb

The US Dollar is starting off the early morning trade in a steady manner with the trade at 85.805,  up 15 points during London’s trading period with a low so far at 85.515.   Treasuries continue to climb and maybe towards the highest window before the jump as the 30 Year Bond seems to be the focus of the buyers of last resort.   Going from a low of 135 to where it is now at 141+ within 3 weeks’ time is something of a reaction to an event behind the curtain,  at least it feels that way at present.

The Energy Sector continues to lose market pricing as Crude Oil lost $1.54 in value yesterday and is down another $1.21 in the early morning with the trade at $84.55 taking the entire Sector lower.   Whether this is an attempt to punish Russia and the OPEC nations that are ready to leave the Dollar’s war machine or if it’s simply a midterm election ploy matters not,  this is deflationary and has yet to show up at the pumps.

Gold is taking a breather after 4 good rally days,  which is something we haven’t seen for months,  with the trade at $1,223.50,  down $1.80 after dipping down to $1,217.60 during the London trade.   Open Interest is at 386,149 gaining a good amount of buyers yesterday as another 6,062 contracts were added to the mix.   Silver is down as well with its trade at $17.300, 11.8 cents lower than the close after dipping down to $17.205 before the start of its recovery.   Silver’s OI dropped 690 contracts but is still in very strong hands at 170,593.

Bitcoin is slightly lower this morning with the trade at $362.20,  down $2.80 inside a 24 hour trading range between $395.60 and $322.   The trade suggests a continuing climb in all Anti-Fiats,  especially if one sees the high before the pullbacks,  the higher highs suggests a continuation of the trend.   Ripple Coin is steady with its trade at $0.04977 with no news to report as of late.

Grains are all trading in the negative as harvest pressures gain momentum,  Softs are mixed to flat,  and the Live Stock Sector is lower overall this morning after a strong pull back occurred yesterday.   The Paper Markets is where the most blood was shed yesterday,  especially after the obvious FOMC data jam up occurred on Wednesday.   The entire gain was wiped out yesterday and more is being taken off the table so far in the early morning trade.   We wait to see if the Pavlov Primates,  who simply close their eyes and buy,  will come in again before the Working Group does their thing.  There will be a day when Pavlov will sacrifice his trained monkeys,  but at present,  they’re the ones gaining since common sense left the trading arena years ago.

Ebola is spreading and has gained some huge ground swell over the past week and we feel the 3 week incubation period will explode exposing other cases.   Yesterday,  we found France had quarantined 60 people in a single building because 4 people had symptoms,  as well as Spain euthanizing that nurse’s dog as the nurse’s health has failed.     That poor dog had no idea what was going on as freaks in colored suites break into the house and inject the pup.  In time, we’ll see complete failure as Doctors and Nurses refuse to go to work because they’re not being told the truth about the virus spreading ability.   Police will eventually do the same after what happened to that Dallas officer who is now under quarantine with his family now under suspicion.   Maybe we’ll see a proclamation from fearless leader claiming those that are infected to stay at home and die there.   Governments everywhere are proving they have no sympathy or concern and are simply money driven,  this in time will end as Rome did with Nero fiddling during the final scenes.

We wish for better times,  still,  we stand firm in our beliefs that the Fiat Currencies are at their end and the only things that will save everyone’s purchasing power,  is holding physical Silver,  Gold,  and some Cryptos.   Have a safe weekend,  keep those Anti-Fiat products close,  and as always … Stay Strong!!
