When the Dollar collapses, the uncontrollable Stampede into Silver and Gold will begin

The US Dollar is lower in the overnight trade now standing at 85.855,  down 22.1 points and up a good amount from the low which registered at 85.600,  thank you London.   Treasuries sure climbed a bit yesterday with the 30 Year Bond jumping 1 ½ points yet is unchanged in the early morning.   The feel here is ominous as if the herd is stressed and the Cowboys calming songs seem to be falling on deaf ears as the storm brews overhead.

The Energy Sector continues to fall with Crude Oil now down $2.07 at $88.64 with the rest of the group collapsing as well.   We haven’t seen this type of price drop in the overnight trade,  usually this happens when the US markets take over.   Even though energy usage is way down many wonder if the western banks are still trying to corral Russia and Saudi Arabia by caving in the energy markets.   The discovery of a large oil deposit on the Russian side of the Artic will take years to develop,  so this can’t be the issue causing this drop.

Gold is being held in check at present with its trade at $1,214.20,  down $1.30 after it spiked to $1,224.00 before the usual British price attack after the Open Interest gained 1,563 contracts in yesterday’s trade.   Silver is down as well with its trade at $17.08,  lower by 17.9 cents and at its low after reaching a height of $17.350 before the hit.   Silver’s Open Interest remains our focus because this buyer,  with the very deep pockets,  keeps adding and adding and adding positions every time Silver is attacked.   The OI now stands at 173,272,  a gain of 3,350 contracts being held overnight.   This is the weak point in the western scheme of things and it feels as if the herd wants to run and run hard.   Bitcoin is being corralled as well with its trade at $380 inside a 24 hour trading range between $397.80 and $366 still proving to be the directional indicator for all Anti-Fiat positions.   You want to see when Gold will rally?   Simply watch what Bitcoin does.   The moment it moves higher,  the next mover becomes Gold,  truly amazing to see.   Ripple Coin,  which we’ve been helping people get into globally is trading higher than yesterday’s quote,  and is now at $0.04966,  holding its own as more and more people see the major profit potential by simply risking $100 of US Fiat.

Grains are mixed with the Soy Complex and Corn trading lower and the Wheat’s moving higher,  Softs are mostly lower with Coffee the only exception and its up strong with a $9 climb in the night session.  The Live Stock Sector continues to add value, breaking new Life of Contract highs almost daily as the Lean Hogs seem to be stuck and are range bound.   Even after the Twisted Sister took a sharp turn for the worst in yesterday’s trade,  the Working Group has turned the herd around with both the S&P and NASDAQ showing positive signs once again as the zombies continue to close their eyes and buy.   This has been the only thing that has been working which basically means you don’t have to have a brain to make money.   If you applied common sense,  you lose,  that’s the folly in all of this, especially these last 3 years.

The herd is obviously skittish,  everyone who has been trading over the decades knows this,  and this manipulation has an end to it.   The BRICS are about to enter the driver’s seat and those that have been corralled into believing that all is well will soon wake to a stampede of safety.   There really is only two directions,  either get out of that herd or die with them as the stampede overtakes the Cowboys that think they have it all under control.   Every Cowboy knows once a stampede starts,  there is no controlling it.  They simply have to let the herd tire out,  and that,  is going to take a while.   Those that see where the herd will run to are already in place,  outside the herd and safe,  holding Silver,  Gold,  and Crypto’s.   The Dollar’s days are truly numbered and the quarter most likely to see a heavy correction is the 4^th,  now!   So stay away from the herd and the upcoming stampede.   Keep those Precious Metals and Crypto’s close,  and as always … Stay Strong!!
