Dollar lower, Silver and Gold higher, as it should be

The US Dollar is down in the early morning with the trade at 88.77,  down 27.7 points after yesterday’s 31.3 point drop towards the end of the trading day.  Treasuries got their needed boost and were pushed higher by the creators of fiat with the 30 Year Bond now at 143~29,  down 3/32s as it became obvious rates were being questioned again.   With Triple Witch Week coming,  we may see a natural rise in the Treasuries as the shorts exit their trade to re-enter into the other quarters as this one expires.   The Federal Reserve has pretty much lost all respect with their manipulations that only support the upper tier of banking and none of the other levels it claims it focuses on http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-12-08/angry-eurodollar-traders-have-had-enough-year-fed-going-lose-credibility.   Have you noticed that Chairman Yellen has been no where these days?

There seems to be no love in the Energy Sector as we witnessed the low get blown out again as Crude Oil lost another $2.72 in yesterday’s trades.   Crude Oil is trading now at $63.93,  up 88 cents with the rest of the sector trading higher,  but this is London trading period,  so we need to wait and see if there are any other surprises coming from the Frackers and bottom line usage numbers.   A report came out yesterday helping to confirm the idea of fracking has been blown way out of proportions as it seems only salesmen are allowed to promote these crap ideas without letting real debates come into play before billions is dumped into a no win situation.   http://oilprice.com/Latest-Energy-News/World-News/New-Study-Claims-US-Shale-Gas-Quantities-Grossly-Exaggerated.html.   Ultimately,  we may not be seeing the bottom in energy in the near future.

Gold is trading higher in the London trading period with the current price at $1,210.20,  up $15.30 and at its highs so far.   The Overall Open Interest in Gold is at 369,589,  a drop of 1,558 contracts as the market traded higher towards the close.   Open Interest in the December contract is at 1,963,  unchanged from yesterday with only 2 receipts being delivered,  so another buyer slipped in to take delivery.   Silver is higher as well with its trade at $16.515,  up 23.9 cents and at its highs as well.   Silver’s Overall Open Interest is at 144,029 today,  a drop of some 330 contracts during the price rise yesterday pointing to some more shorts exiting the mix.   December’s OI is steady at 616 with only one buyer getting his certificate for physical.   It seems the delivery speeds have been slowed like the days when we took out the metals.   By the end of the month,  these deliveries notices should be disseminated at a faster pace. This bears more careful watch.

Bitcoin seems to have a monkey on its back with the trade at $351.50,  down $16.50 inside a 24 hour trading range of $370 and $346.   It does seem the US Marshal’s sales of the Crypto is moving forward.   Volume is heavy at $26,708,700US,  very impressive for an outside the Central bank boxed currency system.   Ripple Coin is still moving upward gaining strength with its trade now at $0.0151250,  up 1748 points from yesterday with its volume slowed at $1,756,620US.

Grains are mostly lower with Soy Meal and Oats trading slightly higher,  Softs are higher as they adjust to the weakened Dollar,  and the Live Stock Sector took a hit in price during yesterday’s trade and may continue as more and more traders get ready to leave for the holidays.   There is fear in the eyes of the Twisted Sisters of Paper after yesterday’s price falls,  we’ll have to see what today brings for the Working Group who have been absent for only a day or two as those that believe the “buy on dips” mentality for carry them forever.   Things are not as wonderful as those stock traders believe,  time will prove all and we feel,   it’s about time!!

Still we believe that the prices of the Precious Metals will soon have their restrictor plates removed and the metals will be allowed to find real price discovery.   When that happens,  all the mining shares should blow thru all the resistances created by the central banking system and reward those that have remained consistent with the facts.  So keep those Precious Metals and Crypto’s close and as always … Stay Strong!!
