Watch: Students Say They’re Not Proud To Be An American

With Independence Day upon us, American patriotism is on full display around the country. One might assume that on this holiday, everyone can come together around a shared ideal: pride in our great nation.
Well, not everyone, apparently.
A new Gallup poll recently showed a stark decrease in the number of young Americans who considered themselves proud to be American.
Wanting to see how college students would gauge their own levels of patriotism, I headed to New York University, in Manhattan, to ask a simple question: are you proud to be American?
Student after student made it clear: they were not.
“No! I’m not proud of America. I’m not proud of what we’ve done,” said one student, while another simply declared, “definitely not.”
One student, addressing the concept of American Exceptionalism, said “I think we need to stop thinking we’re the best nation on Earth. It’s just egotistical and not accurate.”
When asked which country is better than America, she responded, “probably some nice little Socialist country in Europe.”
One student went so far as to say that “patriotic views about America” are nothing more than “a tool to be used to get people to join the Army.”

Are we supposed to be proud to be an American? The country that goes around blowing up every other country that has oil, or any natural resources that happen to be there. The country that can’t even figure out who the hell did 9-11? The country that had to choose against Clinton and Trump? The country with 350,000,000 guns who can’t put an end to mass shootings? The country with the left hating the right and the right hating the left with no one smart enough to work out any type of compromise?
I can see the student’s point here.
Be mad at the greedy politicians that sell out our country and use wars for their gain, but don’t disrespect your country, fight hard to get rid of these crooked politicians!!!!
Proud to BE an American. No. Not at all. Do I love the Constitution? YES, I LOVE THE CONSTITUTION, AND I AM PROUD OF AMERICA’S HERITAGE AND ITS ORIGINAL FOUNDING PRINCIPLES.
But, proud of murdering millions of innocent civilians in the name of oil? No. And YES, I DO understand that all of that evil is the result of the Cabal that took over the U.S. But how was that possible? IT WAS ONLY POSSIBLE BECAUSE THE VAST MAJORITY OF AMERICANS (95%) EITHER DO NOT VOTE, OR THEY ADMITTEDLY VOTE FOR “THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS.” IN OTHER WORDS, THEY ADMIT THAT THEY VOTE FOR EVIL. And then they wonder why America behaves so immorally. To the people who stood by and watched, without saying a word, as our government was dismantled over a period of 100 years, I say, “DEATH TO YOU ALL.”
The ONLY way America becomes great again is to completely destroy the Cabal and then explain to the world that the actions of the U.S. since WWI have been all in the name of, and on behalf of, the worldwide Cabal that has taken over most of the world’s governments, and that the only reason that the U.S. factored into so much of the evil was due to the fact that we were an industrial powerhouse, printing money, and then being granted the world’s reserve currency. Plus, with the size of our population, we could create a military that would become the strong arm of the Cabal. Again, none of this was Constitutional, and none of it was moral. It was evil, and although the American people did not actively condone these policies, they “went along to get along” instead of marching in the streets, demanding that their government obey the Constitution. In that failure to regulate their own government, the American people were complicit in these crimes against humanity.
We have a LOT of explaining to do. Hopefully, Trump will truly drain the swamp and identify ALL of the criminals responsible for these reprehensible acts of evil against the entire world. If we make this right, THEN I will be proud to be an American.

Oh the irony, not proud to be in a country where saying such things is treated with ridicule and scorn. A country that allows you to migrate if you so choose. Try migrating to one of those countries, where saying such things against the “all powerful” state will get you put in jail or worse still, tortured to the point you wish they would kill you. Try living in a country where attire is state mandated, language is state mandated, expression is state mandated, a country whose only state mandated worship is worship of the state. Move there then tell me you’re not proud to be american, of course if the state permits communication outside the state.
If they throw the crooks out they worship on bended knee they might become proud. Yes the illegal wars are just that. Who started those wars and still have the war drums sounding? The people had no input, Obama said I will bypass congress and you all are worshiping him. Snowflakes, I’m talking to you! The people do not gain anything from these wars except dead children.
