The Human Trainer Home Gym Review

As a blogger, I work from home. And I spend A LOT of time writing and working on the blog. So it can be difficult to get out and exercise regularly.

And I’ve never really been a fan of gyms. It always seems awkward lifting weights with guys who are 300 pounds of pure muscle grunting and groaning the whole time they’re doing bench presses. Plus, just the commute to the gym seems to be a waste of time. I’m all about efficiency!

That’s why I love my Human Trainer home gym. It’s got everything I need to work out all the major muscle groups anytime I want because it’s in my home! I can workout in my pajamas and not worry about getting dressed or driving to the gym. I love it!

It also takes up just about 2 inches of space! There’s no bulky barbells, weights or machines – just some simple straps that you can hang on a door. Which means when you’re not using your home gym, you don’t even notice it! It’s not wasting space which is perfect for me right now living in a studio apartment in Hawaii.

You might be thinking, “Well what kind of gym is that? Just two straps hanging from a door? What could you possibly do with that?!”

You can get a full body workout on all your major muscle groups, that’s what!

The gym allows you to use your own bodyweight for exercises and it comes with a feature-length DVD training program and workout routines that you can follow along with.

Human Trainer Exercises

So what kind of exercises can you do at home? Well, just about everything you can think of!

First of all, I think it’s important that you always workout antagonistic muscle groups and keep your workouts balanced. For example, make sure that if you’re doing ab exercises you’re also working out your lower back – otherwise you get massive six pack abs and a very weak lower back, causing posture problems, low back pain and other issues.
