The FDA made Essure a class lll medical device, protecting it under the preemption law. The preemption law is upheld by congress making any medical device that gains a class lll, exempt from litigation. while I understand what you are saying, most people won’t understand the bigger picture because there are findings about this products that go way beyond women’s issues with this product that effects all of us in ways that would blow your mind. most people can only see the surface. and I wish people could see more on this but the fact is few really know or want to know the depth of how deep this issue goes. at the end of the day this is all connected to the same group of people controlling our lives.
