Herbal Remedies For Joint Pain (Video)

Pain is stinky espiecially joint pain! The remedies below that I’m about to share not only help decrease the pain but also prevent joint pain.

Herbal Remedies For Joint Pain

- Take a 20 min Epsom salt bath

- Apply a comfrey and calendula pultice to the area that is affected.

- Drink infusions of burdock, nettle, wintergreen, wild carrot, sassafras, juniper, parsley, and/or willow.

- Cut out caffeine and alcohol! Coffee has been proven to cause chronic pain. Since I’ve found that out I have given up coffee…plus if you’re a woman reading this it’s espicially good for you to give up coffee. Coffee really stresses the adrenals out even after one cup of coffee. Women who are menopausal age I would suggest not drinking it at all if…EVER!

-  Eat lots of garlic, cherries, and lots of berries. This will dissolve and neutralize uric acid.

- Massage the painful area with essential oils of cypress, peppermint, lavender, chamomile, gernaium, eucalyptus, or rosemary. ( 2 drops in carrier oil)… or add 3-4 drops in a bath of each essential oil.

- Drink apple cider vinegar

- Celery seeds, yucca, bogbean, devil’s claw, black cohosh, wild yam, willow bark, and feverfew are great herbs for inflammation!

- Be the saunas best friend!

- Take the enzyme superoxide dismustase (SOD)

-Take the amino acid complex glutathione

- Take a tumeric supplement and/or put in in your tea. I put tumeric in my tea every morning!
