- Eat gluten free foods, take a probiotic (replaces healthy bacteria), drink green juices, consume coconut oil, drink some Pau D’ Arco tea, consume uva ursi, caprylic acid, cat’s claw, garlic, cayenne pepper, and undecylenic acid.
