How to manage your anger?

Are you a short-tempered person? Or Are you unable to control your anger? Then here is a small tip for you. Getting Anger is a common phenomenon, but getting uncontrollable anger may need some attention. There are several reasons for losing your temper, Disappointment, Inferiority complex, Anxiety, Desperation, lack of self-confidence are few of them. So without getting proper solutions can worsen most of the issues. Causing anger might be based on different situations, so that, facing such situations will be totally different. So I would like to introduce few tips on how to tackle these situations to control your anger.

Control your tongue

A small word is as sharper than a sword. When you lose your temper, you utter something out of your control which can ultimately trigger the issue even worse, letting things out of your hands. So when you feel annoyed, it’s always best to keep quiet. Learn to control your tongue.

Learn to control your mind

You have to consciously learn to build up how to control your mind. When you feel angry, try to experiment these tips like counting backwards from hundred to one or just close your eyes and concentrate on your breath, or else just think about the wonderful time you spend together.

Do a self-assessment

When? , Why? , To whom? I feel angry. How do I react when annoyed? Does this cause mental and physical strain happens due to uncontrollable anger? What others have to say in this regard? Is this going to spoil my relationship? So it is always the best to find out some answers to these questions that can help you to understand yourself better. Also, you can make some positive changes on to your character.

Listen to your body language

Even though you didn’t react to that situation, but your body language shows the frustrations like, keeping quiet, without laughing, walking restlessly, forcefully banging the door, just lying down, answering with verbal nodes could be few reactions.
