      I still believe in having a good diet.. nothing beats it. When you eat right, you can get good results from any area you so much desire to improve on. Having a big butt as a lady comes with a price.

      I believe genetics play a bigger role than people wish to believe. Diet and exercise help up to a point but your butt will never get much butter or smaller than its supposed to.
