To understand your self-healing ability, it’s important to perceive of the Big Picture. If you have an eagle’s perspective, you can see a lot more, and you’re outside the fray. And from that vantage point, you can see that there are two types of people in our world; those who get caught up in the chaos, and those who can separate themselves from it. Do you know which one you are? The one similarity between these groups? Choice!
