If a person dies of bronchogenic carcinoma, we don’t even need to ask–it would be extremely rare in a non-smoker. Other cancers are linked to risk factors but coffee gets a free pass. We see articles touting its health benefits, no doubt financed by the industry. It’s wakeup time. Coffee causes many problems.

Because caffeine affects the nerves and the nerves go to the whole body, there are many bad effects of coffee, tea, colas or energy drinks. These include Headaches, Insomnia, Nervous Disorders, Heart Irregularity, Hyperacidity, Breast Lumps, Cancer of the Pancreas, Osteoporosis.

If something is good for the body like Exercise, it has many benefits. The reverse is also true, so why should we risk trouble with this drug?
