The important question is:  who influences the government agencies that are mandating vaccines?

Most legislation introduced in the states is not original legislation, and this is the case of HB 1278. The Non-Government Organization (NGO)/lobby groups behind this legislation are the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) along with the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Association (NASPA). 

We should have the right to choose what goes into our bodies! The so-called vaccine debate is not truly a real debate because a debate requires the participation of two opposing sides. Vaccine damage deniers are shaming parents who have come to the conclusion that vaccines are not safe OR effective. 

Here’s a perfect example of an Arkansas politician shaming parents: former dentist, Arkansas Rep. Deborah Ferguson’s (West Memphis) recent condescending and alarming statement on Facebook March 7, 2019:

“I consider it child abuse to not vaccinate your children for any reason other than medical. I am sorry you are a victim of junk science.”

‘Police State’ Registry System Being Set Up To Track Your Vaccination Status

The CDC has been quietly rolling out a nationwide program called the Immunization Information Systems, (IIS) registering everyone’s vaccine information into a database. The government buys huge quantities of vaccines and then acts as the manufacturers’ distributor. The CDC’s goal is a compliance rate of 95% or higher among the entire population. To this end, they contact families who are not following the vaccine schedule for their children and pressure them to comply. Public Law No. 111-148 provides for “vaccine squads” called the Community Preventive Services Task Force. [If this trend is not reversed, everyone (except the elite) soon will be forcibly drugged and poisoned, supposedly for the good of society.] 

All vaccines carry more risks than benefits! Read the manufacturer’s insert because side-effects are definitely minimized.

The new vaccine bill, HB 1278, by Representatives Gazaway (Paragould) and Lundstrum (Elm Springs)  -- both ALEC players/actors — allows for vaccinations to be given under a general written protocol. The General Written Protocol will list the vaccinations that can be administrated by a pharmacist. The bill is also designed to increase the vaccination rates given by a licensed pharmacists without an order or prescription of a practitioner. 

This bill, in the final phase, is scheduled to be heard in the Senate Public Health Committee in Room 272 at the Capitol on Wednesday morning at 10:00 am on March 13, 2019.

26 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code § 17-92-101(16)(A)(i)(d), concerning the

27 definition of “practice of pharmacy”, is amended to read as follows:

28 (d) Vaccines and immunizations other than

29 influenza vaccines and influenza immunizations may be administered to a

30 person from seven (7) years of age to eighteen (18) years of age under a

31  patient-specific order or prescription general written protocol and subject

32 to reporting of the administration to the prescribing physician together with

33 any reporting required under § 20-15-1203.

Vaccines are pharmaceutical products, dear reader! They are manufactured by pharmaceutical companies.

Protocols are employed in a wide range of experimental fields, from social science to quantum mechanics. Written protocols are also employed in manufacturing to ensure consistent quality (supposedly).

What’s alarming is that the manufacturers of vaccines and the doctors who administer vaccines have no liability when a person is injured or dies after being given a recommended childhood vaccine licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as safe and effective.

Vaccination is definitely a medical treatment for a child and/or you. Yes parents, we should look at the high rate of autism being one in every 150 children in the U.S and one in every 58 children in the U.K.! That’s alarming, folks! Do you think that an urgent investigation needs to be undertaken to establish if unvaccinated 12 to 18 month old children suddenly become autistic? Has anyone even looked to see what’s going on here?

What is a Written Protocol for Vaccines

If a vaccine is approved for administration, the Board of Medical Examiners shall issue a written protocol for the administration of vaccines by licensed pharmacists without an order of prescription of a practitioner.

Children today receive more than 12 times as many vaccines doses than in 1940

Children today receive as many as 49 doses of 14 vaccines before they reach age six, which is roughly 12 times higher than the number of vaccines administered to children back in 1940.

“Our children are among the most highly vaccinated children in the world, and they are among the most chronically ill and disabled,” explains NVIC [National Vaccine Information Center] in a powerful infographic outlining the current vaccine schedule. “Today, the Centers for Disease Control admits that 1 child in 6 in America is developmentally delayed. During the past quarter century, the number of children with learning disabilities, ADHD, asthma and diabetes has more than tripled … (and) the number of doses of vaccines that pediatricians give babies and children under age 6 has more than doubled.”

Italy also ruled that MMR causes autism, despite industry claims to the contrary

Several years prior to this ruling, which was challenged by Italy’s Ministry of Health, an Italian judge by the name of Lucio Ardigo made a similar ruling with regards to the MMR vaccine for measles, mumps, and rubella.

In other words, MMR does cause autism, and parents who wish to protect their children from potentially incurring permanent, lifelong brain damage would do best to avoid it entirely – along with all other vaccines, none of which have ever been scientifically proven to be either safe or effective.

Infant Mortality Tied to Number of Vaccines Given  Feb 6, 2012

So what does having the highest number of required vaccines mean for the US? In 1960, the United States’ infant mortality was ranked 12th in the world. By 2005, the US rank had declined to 30th. Today, we have fallen further to 34th . Six out of every 1,000 live births will die before the babies reach their first birthday. Even though the United States spends more on health care than any other developed nation, 33 other countries have better infant mortality rates than we do.

American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) member, GlaxoSmithKline, pleads guilty to bribery, fraud and other crimes

In what is now the largest criminal fraud settlement ever to come out of the pharmaceutical industry, GlaxoSmithKline has pleaded guilty and agreed to pay $1 billion in criminal pharmaceutical fines and $2 billion in civil fines following a nine-year federal investigation into its activities.

Facebook bans all content on vaccine awareness, including facts about vaccine ingredients, vaccine injury and vaccine industry collusion

Facebook is achieving this by labeling vaccine awareness information “misinformation” or “hoaxes.” At the top of the list is the assertion that vaccines are linked to autism — something that even the CDC’s own top whistleblower scientist reveals to be true, yet the vaccine industry claims it’s all a hoax (in order to cover of the crimes of medical violence against children that are being committed by the vaccine pushers).

Concerned about fluoride and how it harms developing brains and lowers the IQs of children? That will be labeled a “hoax” by Facebook, even though it is scientifically verified through multiple studies to be true.

ALEC Behind Recent Push For Mandatory Vaccinations

The so-called vaccine debate – which is not truly a debate since a debate requires the participation of two opposing sides – is generally nothing more than a shouting and shaming campaign against parents who have come to the conclusion that vaccines are not safe, effective, or neither.

For those who may not be familiar with the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), the council is considered a “non-profit organization” made up of so-called Conservative state legislators and corporate private sector “partners.” This mixture of daunting government officials and corporate agents then meet regularly, replete with funding from rich major corporations all across the world to discuss, plan, write, and submit legislation that is beneficial to the corporations, but problematic to the general public.

But ALEC is also a major pusher of laws regarding medical issues – not merely in the context of the American healthcare system, but also in the context of personal choice. 

ALEC is the American Legislative Exchange Council, the secretive body that brings together state politicians and corporations to write bills behind closed doors that undermine consumer protection. These corporations dump large sums of money into the legislators’ campaign contributions.

Heartland Institute, (a think tank and ALEC member) crafted the Temporary Assistance For Needy Famlies (TANF) “model” legislation ”Immunization of Minors On TANF,“. This legislation that would have required parents on TANF assistance to require proof that their children were fully vaccinated according to the “recommended” levels. If those families did not show proof of their child’s vaccination, those families would lose their TANF benefits. While exemptions were left intact in this so-called “model” legislation, ALEC has stepped up its attack on parental rights by going after the exemption status in later bills.

SPN is a member of ALEC and has a membership of 65 think tanks and hundreds of affiliated organizations in all 50 states. SPN functions primarily as an umbrella think tank for its SPN members.  SPN is one of the major drivers of ALEC’s backed corporate agenda in state houses nationwide, with deep ties to the Koch brothers.  Many SPN members are also ALEC members. There are two think tanks in Arkansas that are members of the State Policy Network: Advance Arkansas Institute and Arkansas Policy Foundation which are both connected to the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC). Former Arkansas Representative Daniel Greenberg is the Director of Advance Arkansas Institute and also the Incorporator / Organizer and Director of American Opportunity Project. Greenberg is also an ALEC member and works with the Arkansas legislators to implement ALEC’s agenda.

It is no wonder that our legislators don’t listen to us. Our ALEC legislators have been bought off. If you don’t believe that then you need to check their campaign funds. You need to follow the money to see who the crooks involved in government are.

In closing, think about this, parents: whom do you trust for reliable information? Maybe a better question would be, “Can you trust pharmaceutical companies?”  

The number of vaccinations forced upon our innocent children is dangerous and completely unnecessary!
