Charlie here. It is said that spot reducing does not work. I proffer, instead, to have an overall aerobic type exercise that involves heavy breathing. I mean DEEP heavy breathing. NO, not sex or looking at doughnuts on a shelf.
Something like hiking uphill kind of stuff or if you can’t do that then spread it out like doing a goal of 100 squats a day. I don’t recommend running for women. Their bodies aren’t designed for jogging. Maybe quick walks or something.
What makes me breathe hard is planning on robbing a doughnut joint and getting all those doughnuts. OK, I admit I was testing the alarm system I just had installed from an alarm company.
But boy, it was real for a moment.
Did it woik? Admittedly, yes.
