Glad you asked. Almost everybody has a treadmill in their home, right? But they are doing it wrong. The trick to using the machine is NOT TO TURN IT ON and run on it or try too. It is the equivalent of running uphill but much harder. You’ll actually be hiking uphill. For variety try walking backwards on it too.
Chances are you can’t even do 3 minutes without huffing and puffing. Do it about 3x a week – if you dare.
Everybody doing things arse-backwards on this planet.
