good work as always…since i am too busy,lazy to put together this i got dr sears mobilify supplement after i contacted a mild form of lymes that really affects the joints- doctors are really dumb on this subject and only want to give you pain killers–it has about 8 similar ingredients to lessen inflamation,works great

I’ve had really bad back pain and Sciatica for about 30 Years, it got worse about 20 Years ago after I went in to Hospital for a back operation for sciatica, I’ve done tons and tons of exercises, lots of Physiotherapy, tried acupuncture, had lots of Cortozone Injections in to my spine (OWWWW) and have tried loads of different types of pain killers from the docs and none of them even helped 10% so I stopped taking them years ago
Truth is, I would take a mixture of Batwings, Tadpoles and Poodle Poop mixed with fresh Gerbil Piss if I thought it would get rid of the pain so a mixture of Garlic, Rice milk and Honey sounds utterly delightful if it helps more than that lot did

Get a spine board like Spineworx (or something). Aligns the spine and you might be SHOCKED at how your spine is misaligned.
Follow the directions and start off slow. May take a while. It took a while to misalign your spine it will take a while to align it again.
Swimming and walking help the spine also. Gardening is one of the best overall exercises for your body.
