Ironically, all that extreme exercise and little or no rest is what may have KILLED him. Yeah, I was watching a video of him that explained his harsh training schedule creates (if i recall) something chemically in the body or something equivalent to extreme stress and many, many, years of this and the body can’t take it.
Someone mentioned had he just learned to REST (you know like eat doughnuts once in a while and do nothing) he might have lived to the reaction of taking something for pain.
Oh yeah, now I remember. It had to do with migraines which indicate some kind of extreme stress and the body was telling him to slow down but he didn’t. So when he took those pills he was done for. Pushed too hard. The body has limits.
So like mom said, EAT your doughnuts.
