The practice of meditation requires calm and soothing place. For this, you should decorate your meditation room wisely. Try to choose a room that is cool and away from noise. If you hear random noises while practicing meditation then that definitely going to interrupt your practice.

Spend Some Alone Time Each Day:

Of the important steps for meditation, you should spend some part of a day whether it is half an hour or an hour alone. Keep in mind that at this time you should not do any work or make any planning for any work. At this time you have to give rest to your brain, so that your brain and mind start to co-ordinate.
