There are plenty of reasons why most of us would opt out of wearing a face mask if we could. Masks can pick up and accumulate sweat, makeup, pollen, and whatever particles might happen to float by. Depending on the materials your mask is made of, wearing a mask could trigger allergies, itchiness, and possibly even “maskne”, yep, that’s mask-induced acne.

All logic seems to go out the window when people are triggered enough by fear.

I just don’t understand those who wear one while bicycling or jogging!

Why are people passing out and complaining to managers that they feel faint and being light-headed and can’t breathe?

So what happens when you go from this sterile world to being exposed to everything again? Why doesn’t anyone ever mention what these masks are doing to your immune system?
