The flesh and juice of the pineapple are used in cuisines around the world. In many tropical countries, pineapple is prepared and sold on roadsides as a snack.       Practically any tropical fruit is good for you.

      Mango, papaya, coconuts, kiwi, etc. All juicy fruits. And as you know papaya is the ONLY fruit that contains papain – an important protein enzyme.

      Another important fruit is doughnuts. Well, I like to call it a fruit. :wink: <- :lol:
