Chinese Experts Urge for Halt in Use of mRNA Vaccines Following Deaths in Norway
BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | January 15, 2021: After several reports about vaccination-related deaths in Norway, especially among senior citizens, several Chinese medical specialists, on Friday (January 15), are calling on Pfizer and BioNTech to suspend their COVID-19 vaccination campaigns that use the mRNA-based vaccines.
And the Norwegian Medicines Agency released information on Thursday (January 14), stating that 23 deaths are suspected to be connected to the COVID-19 vaccination.
Yang Zhanqiu, a virologist from the Wuhan University, noted that if the deaths are in fact caused by the Pfizer vaccine, it’s an indication that the mRNA vaccines are not as good as previously thought. And a Russian virologist some weeks ago noted that Pfizer may not have solved all the problems related to using mRNA technology for vaccines.
The so-called messenger RNA vaccines (called mRNA) trick cells to produce a viral protein and in turn triggers an immune response in the patient. This is a new method that is being used by various companies in the West for immunization to produce vaccines against the new coronavirus disease. But some virologists are voicing concerns about the method not being thoroughly developed and too novel to be used safely.
Experts in China noted that the deaths should be studied to learn if they were caused from the usage of the vaccine or some antecedent conditions.
