All you need is a list of frequencies that kill the specific virus or bacteria. Find a signal generator and hook it up to an amplifier and speaker. Set the right frequency in the signal generator and turn up the volume with the speaker placed near your body and your disease causing germs are all gone. Or just hold the two terminals of electrical output from the amplifier by hand with just enough output voltage not to shock your skin. I remember reading aliens have similar technology.
