Andrei Efremov and the MindChat Technique

Dr. Andrei Efremov, Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist and Psychologist-teacher, is one of Russia’s top Hypnotherapist and is now here in the United States. When talking about how the MindChat technique was developed, Dr. Efremov mentioned realizing all individuals are already under a form of hypnosis, which means no “hypnosis induction is necessary to help them”, no need for them to tell a stranger their private secrets.

With Hypnotherapy, individuals are placed in a trance-like state of focus and concentration, and while in this state, the individuals can turn their attention completely inward to locate and utilize the natural resources deep within themselves which can help an individual to change or take control in certain areas of their life.

Using the new MindChat technique differs from traditional Hypnotherapy because formal hypnosis is no longer necessary. Individuals need not subject themselves to unnecessary deep abreactions (release of a previously repressed emotion) and time to implement regression is reduced. Dr. Efremov went on to explain how the usual hypnosis sessions require extra time for both preparation and treatment sessions. This results in hours spent on appointments and sessions in order for an individual to achieve beneficial results from the therapy. Dr. Efremov developed the new MindChat technique over a five year period of daily practice. He even watched videos of his own hypnotherapy demonstrations to fully understand and refine the new technique. Now Dr. Andrei Efremov wants to share this simple technique with others.
