Fertility Partnership Opens Post-Covid With a Plan

For the past decade, The Fertility Partnership has been providing fertility treatments to physicians and nurses throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. The doctors and midwives we work with are committed to working to help couples desire and achieve their desired starting point in life.
The doctors at The Fertility Partnership love what they do. They take great pride in their work and quality of patients they serve. They also take great care to monitor the safety of their patients as protective measures are put in place. At the same time, these doctors and midwives practice medicine as a profession. They help others learn how to use technology and the internet to better address their health and standard of living.
Last year, many of us were inspired by the work at The Fertility Partnership and by the awe-inspiring results they delivered. Their dedication to connecting patients and their doctors to the latest medical approaches to fertility and pregnancy has created an enviable pathway for their patients to become parents. The tremendous growth of interest in IVF and other fertility treatments they provide is only further proof that these treatments, including The Fertility Partnership’s “The Baby Scoop” and “The Milk Thistle” kits, are highly effective and can help couples to be pregnant sooner than they ever thought possible.
The Fertility Partnership is hopeful that legal and institutional restrictions contained in yesterday’s stay-at-home order will provide the needed window of opportunity for its talented doctors and staff to put patients’ health and well-being first once again. The Patients, on the other hand, are excited to start a new chapter in their lives and help deliver a healthy baby.
The Fertility Partnership’s pediatrician, Dr. Andrew Dambru, is optimistic to see more newborns on mid-week ultrasound. “Everything now indicates that we will achieve and maintain the birth rate we had pre-pandemic.”
Across the nation, eighty percent of Ob/Gyn offices are still tracking their clinical data quarterly. Despite the progress in the fertility and new mother’s health field, insurance companies indicate a continued significant increase in uncompensated care. Although the eruption of COVID-19 has created many additional challenges, such as universal precautions in all healthcare settings, The Fertility Partnership maintains “itutionality is essential to the long-term stability of our services for St. Louis and other St. Louis communities.” Dr. Simckes and his medical staff anticipate strong patient uptake once again as birth rates rise from the new norm of approximately 450 pregnancies per 1000 women aged 35–44.
