She describes an event which took place in 2005 when Paul Wolfowitz took over the World Bank in cahoots with the Bush Cheney presidency. Recall that in 2004 Bush Cheney got stood up by some ET group and failed to renew the Eisenhower treaty from 1954. The event she describes is an agreement between the World Bank, GAVI, and WHO, where they then brought in Bill Gates and Tedros to start the mass extermination of all humans.
It must be stressed here that Klaus Schwab, Maurice Strong, Dr Robert Muller, Kissinger, Rockefeller, British Royalty and the European Black Nobility, were running the World Forum of 300 at Vail Colorado from 1982 onward and that the US Department of Energy was involved and had taken over the operation at Dulce working with the Gray ET in that DUMBS.
From what she describes, the evidence is that the World Economic Forum and the UN, the globalist who are behind that operation are taking orders from the grays at Dulce.
Astrid Stuckelburger has dropped a key piece of the puzzle here. Which ET group is the World Forum working with, now that helps with figuring out what is the goal. Why does grey ET at Dulce want us all dead?
