Everyone suffers grief from time to time. It is hard to know what to say or do to help someone who is suffering grief. There are a lot of articles and videos on what not to say or do. Finally, here is a video that shows you many things you can say and do to help someone when suffering grief. I made the video for people who are suffering from the loss of a loved one to suicide. Everything in the video is helpful for anyone suffering any kind of grief.

I listened to about half but was wheely spooked when you mentioned the name “Helen”. That’s my brother’s wife’s name and I was just thinking the udder day if she should die.
Second, there was an article on the internut the udder day just talking about what to say to people that are grieving. I can’t find where it was.
But all I remember is NOT to talk about yourself of the same thing and even if it years after and you just found out it’s OK to send them condolences or something and be specific about how you will help them. Not just say I can help, etc.
And it is helpful to send or make something about that person or something, I think it was. Anyway, something like DAT.
Oh, and I read it in less than 5 minutes and it didn’t mention any names.
I relistened to the video and does not mention any name much less Helen.
I’m not going to watch to the video again. Half is too much and you did mention the name “Helen”.
