My Spirits are high and my Health is good.

I continue to pray for those in need during this pandemic. 

Yeah, I have been oh so lazy these past few days…..what can I do?

Now where was I on my last post…….ahhh……yes. I was talking about food….food indeed!!! 

I was really surprised to find out the quality for canned meat produced by a company called Keystone. I have to say I was impressed. Below is a video on the process. They only use meat and sea salt………..did I mention they use sea salt??? Amazing!!! Here you go:

I will be honest to say that I have not tried this brand, but I have seen some reviews and yet to have anyone say anything negative about this product. From what I am seeing it is as pure a product as it can be from a can. Now I know I am going to have to try it. 

Right……….back to the subject at hand. The Nomadic Lifestyle. I have been watching a YouTube Channel called “Cheap RV Living”. It is actually pretty cool………like me…….hahahaha!!!!

No, really it is really good with tons of information about living as a Nomadic. If I were single I would quit my job today…..yes today…. and start this lifestyle. The combination of the Zero Carb Lifestyle and the Nomadic Lifestyle would be, for me, unbeatable.

OK THEN: well I started with the idea that I would go through with this topic of the Nomadic Lifestyle with all the different ways of doing it. Now I am just happy to have discussed how I would do it according to what I can afford. It’s hard to appreciated someone else’s “means” to live. I have been through a lot of motions during my life. I have been dirt poor and now I live rather comfortable and can afford just about anything I want within reason. Good thing I am an easy going person that is happy with minimal things. I am not a “slave to fashion” or need the latest and greatest electronic gadgets. I don’t feel I need to impress anyone with “Grand Name Brands”. Don’t get me wrong…….if the above said makes you happy to have……well then Battle On and be HAPPY!!!

LOOK-IT: I am just an easy going person and it does not take much to make me happy…..I guess I am simple like that.

So this concludes the Nomadic Lifestyle from my perspective. I have went over the FOODS I would pack and eat. OK, for living the Zero Carb Lifestyle it is easy as far as I am concerned. I would eat Fresh Meat and Canned Meats for the most part. Some Eggs and some Dairy mainly in the form of Cheese. 

Now folks who are not Zero Carbers (ZC)ers. Well they have a whole host of things to eat, although I feel the it is much more better and easier eating (ZC).
