Children Accidentally Given Covid Vaccine Now in Hospital with Heart Complications

BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | October 12, 2021: In the state of Indiana, Evansville a family of two young children ages 4 and 5, says they were accidentally given full adult doses of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine instead of flu shots. Parents Alexandra and Joshua Price says it happened on October 4, at the Walgreens on St. Joseph Avenue. They left the pharmacy thinking the kids had received their flu shots, but an employee from Walgreens later called them and said they made a mistake with the jabs.

The Pfizer vaccine has not been approved for children that young, age four or younger. Although the drug company is seeking approval for children from ages 5 to 11, but the dosage would be one third of the adult dose. 

The family’s attorney, Daniel Tuley, said the children were taken to a pediatric cardiologist, and the family was told both are showing signs of heart issues. “[The cardiologist] said our daughter was having higher blood pressure than she would like,” said Alexandra. “And Lucas, our son was having tachycardia…” And the younger child has been sick with signs of fever and cough, and the older child has developed a fever.
