GOP calls for Fauci investigation, resignation mount after NIH admits funding gain-of-function research

BATTLEFORWORLD.COM | October 23, 2021: On October 21 the news reported that a top NIH official disclosed in a letter that U.S. taxpayers funded gain-of-function research on bat corona-viruses in Wuhan, China and admitted that EcoHealth Alliance, the U.S. non-profit, was used to funnel NIH money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and that the arrangement was not transparent about the work that went on.

Gain-of-function research involves the extraction of viruses from animals and further experimentation to have them artificially engineered through mutation stages in a laboratory to make them more transmissible or deadly to humans.

The non-profit Eco Health has been given five days, according to Lawrence A. Tabak of the NIH to submit “any and all unpublished data” relating to this award’s project for compliance purposes.

And shortly after the GOP called for an investigation and the resignation of the virologist Dr. Anthony Fauci have only escalated following this week’s admission that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded gain-of-function research on the corona-virus with Wuhan.

(BatteForWorld.com: But may I speculate that the NIH likely to have already started ‘gain-of-function’ research since the early 1970s and knew how to achieve the required mutation to combine viruses to a backbone for human infection. And the job was to bring the Chinese onboard to coach them on how to duplicate the process to entrap them. This assumption is reached because, in order for the Chinese to have gotten that far in the project, someone had to have guided them into what to do, look for and replicate for results. The U.S. knew how to do ‘gain-of-function’ research, before the Chinese did! Is China being blackmailed to be a subservient fixture in the West’s pending New World Order? That is essentially what happened to Germany and the holocaust, it became subservient to the West, and at every turn, Germany was muzzled by the West using the holocaust. And Germany formed the European Union dictatorship in return.)

After disclosure by the NIH, Republicans in Congress renewed calls for the resignation of Fauci.

And California Republican Rep. Doug LaMalfa said in a statement to Fox News on Friday, that “For the past year and a half, critical decisions for the whole country have hinged off as a result of the virologist Dr. Fauci’s advice and decrees. Two presidents have used his advice as the basis for our nation’s response to COVID-19.”

“Yet here we have incontrovertible proof that he has been intentionally lying to Congress,” LaMalfa added. And that “Dr. Fauci must resign and should face prosecution for perjury.”

The congressman remarks echo sentiments from at least 14 other House Republicans who are calling on Fauci to resign this summer following reports that the NIH funded controversial animal testing in foreign countries.

In addition, Tennessee Republican Sen. Bill Hagerty posted on Twitter voicing his opposition saying, “He should resign immediately.”
