Being overworked is no joke and it is all too easy to be consumed by work nowadays. With every invention or technological advancement, we gain more time, but the free time that was produced soon turns into more working hours.

Overworked people are so consumed by the work that they spend every waking hour to try and stay ahead or on schedule. The problem is that you become less efficient and eventually make more mistakes because the brain needs a break. Exercise refreshes your mind and allows you to clear it of clutter and return to work with renewed focus. 

Stay Away From Takeaways

Time is a major contributing factor to bad diets and depression. People who work too much do not have time to plan and prepare healthy meals. This means that they need to rely on supplements and boosters to get all the nutrients that their bodies require.
