The Word of God tells us,

“Neither did they repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries (original Greek = pharmakeia = drugs), nor of their fornication (all kinds of sexual deviance), nor of their thefts” Revelation 9:21

The good news is that for all who will receive Him and believe, He has also promised healing:

“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land” 2 Chronicles 7:14

The Lord promised to hold back plagues from afflicting His people, those who serve Him with all their hearts:

“Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place (meaning your mind dwells on Him), no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; for He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways” Psalms 91:9-11
