THE DEADLY SECRETS OF WHEAT & GLUTEN

Part 1

Wheat Is a Drug

If you have been diagnosed either self or otherwise or if you are new to wheat/gluten allergic reaction then this information I opine you may want to read!

You may want to read it because it outlines in a simple manner the extensive scourge of wheat and gluten that may or may not be as a result of vaccine injury as I suspect rightfully or wrongfully in my case. I have heard and read of many instances where recipients of the covid-19 vaccine have developed allergic reactions.

So let’s jump into issues of what I sometimes like to refer to it as “gluten misery” that which lies at the core of wheat and gluten allergies. Wheat has been called a drug and it is too!

Wheat also contains proteins called “exorphins.” They are like the endorphins you get from a runner’s high. They bind to the upload receptors in the brain creating a mild morphine-like effect. The wheat polypeptides are absorbed into the bloodstream and cross the blood brain barrier. This may be one of the reasons why so many people battle to give up wheat consumption. These highly synthetic processed products that are sold as food in supermarkets provide a gateway amongst so many other toxic food ingredients to ill health. These processed products also evidently promote allergies in your body.

The takeaway here is that one can overcome ones wheat addiction which is easy for some but may be difficult for others, but doable none the less.

This is a Fact

I found out first hand when my lab test failed to register that I had an allergic reaction to wheat and gluten. This test was not accurate.

My False Lab Test Results

The five major illnesses associated with gluten allergies are Celiac Disease, Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity, Wheat Allergy, Gluten Ataxia, and Dermatitis Herpetiformis. Each one of these conditions is distinct, but all are never the less related and manageable.

The worrying fact is that an allergy to gluten including autism may be on the increase amongst children as well

Gluten-Free Generation:

Children with Celiac Disease Doubles in 25-Years according to an article published by Zero Hedge, “According to a new study, the rising prevalence of celiac disease in Europe is absolutely astonishing and has more than doubled over the last 25 years.

Researchers at Marche Polytechnic University in Ancona, Italy, found that celiac disease, sometimes called celiac sprue or gluten-sensitive enteropathy, an immune reaction to eating gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye, can cause painful damage to small intestines over time, doubled in school children compared to a similar study by the same group 25 years ago.

The article goes on to state that “Approximately 7,760 children aged from five to 11 in eight provinces of Italy were given a blood test to see if they had specific gene mutations which predispose them to celiac disease. If they tested positive, the researchers checked them for antibodies to gluten. Researchers concluded the overall prevalence of the autoimmune disease in Italian children was 1.6%, much higher than the global average of around one percent.

“Our study showed that prevalence of celiac disease in school children has doubled over the past 25 years when compared to figures reported by our team in a similar school age group,” said lead-author Elena Lionetti, a professor at the university. “Our sentiment is that there are more cases of celiac disease than in the past, and that we could not discover them without a screening strategy.”

Lionetti continued: “At the moment, 70% of celiac disease patients are going undiagnosed, and this study shows that significantly more could be identified, and at an earlier stage, if screening were carried out in childhood with non-invasive screening tests. Diagnosis and avoiding gluten could potentially prevent damage to the villi (finger-like projections that line the gut), which can lead to malabsorption of nutrients and long-term conditions such as growth problems, fatigue, and osteoporosis (a fragile bone condition).

“The study has shown that screening is an effective tool for diagnosing celiac disease in children which could potentially help avoid a lot of unnecessary suffering from what can be a hard-to-detect condition.”

Study Finds noted, around one percent of the US population, or 3 million people have celiac disease. Similar to Europe, celiac disease continues to increase among Western populations.

And here is the takeaway, the treatment in many instances goes well beyond a gluten free diet, in other words being 100% gluten free may not solve your allergic reaction!

People with an autoimmune disorder may not be aware they have the disease as intestinal damage from gluten causes fatigue, brain fog, diarrhea, bloating, weight loss, and anemia. Other studies have shown “celiac disease can increase the risk of dying prematurely.”

A simple solution to see if you have a gluten intolerance or even celiac disease is to get a food allergy test. In recent years, better access to gluten-free foods has made it easier for people with the autoimmune disease to eat better food. It appears gluten-filled Western diets are poisoning the youth”

It appears that wheat and gluten may also be responsible for the increase of autism amongst children in terms of an article published in the celiac disease foundation.

Gluten Sensitivity Linked To Autism

Findings are only a part of a very complicated puzzle. The gluten free diet’s popularity has been growing in the autism community for some years but recent studies show that this approach may not be supported by clinical evidence. Study Shows those Children with Autism have increased immune reactivity to gluten.

The goal of the study is to determine if there is a relationship between gluten-related immune system abnormalities and autism.

Dr. Alaedini, assistant professor of medical science in Department of Medicine and the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University Medical Center, explained that “There is evidence that immune system abnormalities are associated with symptoms in a substantial number of individuals with autism.” Researchers discovered that there may be an association between gluten sensitivity and autism but the mechanism of that reaction is distinct from what we see in people with celiac disease”

What is Celiac Disease?

The disease is an autoimmune disorder.

There are millions of people the world over that are allergic to gluten.

The Tricky Part

This is tricky because of the large number of symptoms and “because some people have

Celiac but have no symptoms at all.” As mentioned above, as this can never be overstated that “many people and their doctors believe you have to have celiac disease to be gluten intolerant. And when their labs tests for Celiac come back negative, one is told that avoiding gluten is not necessary. “This antiquated misinformation keeps many people struggling with an autoimmune condition very sick.”

A large game is unraveling. I found out first hand that this is a myth that not only could have kept me ill but it could have been fatal for me as well!

Symptoms of Illness

Avoiding these sorts of allergic reactions may save you days or even weeks of discomfort that in many instances may require possible expensive medical treatment

And this is not the only trigger; there are other triggers like coffee. There are of course numerous other similar triggers that you may not be aware of that could be keeping you miserable and sick.

A Gluten-ated World

And the other scary thing is that gluten in this day and age is to be found everywhere, namely in most cosmetics both branded and unbranded varieties, most processed foods, prescription drugs, in spices and condiments.

There are also inherent dangers of cross contamination and air-borne gluten that can invisibly and silently affect you in most cases without you even knowing about its stealthy effect on you. Being allergic to wheat/gluten canned be lead to much discomfort, misery and it is life threatening.

Other Complications

The risk of death is increased if you have a celiac inflammation or latent celiac disease.

In fact, non hodgekins, causes of death lymphoma of the gut is one of the cancers associated with celiac disease.

Additionally, if untreated the risk of severe infections, numbness and tingling in hands and feet, osteoporosis and thyroid disorders increase.

Moreover, other autoimmune conditions like diabetes and autoimmune thyroid disorder are associated with celiac disease.

How is Celiac Disease Diagnosed?

A blood test is the first step to diagnosis. Ninety-eight percent of people with celiac who eat gluten will have a positive blood test for Tissue Transglutaminase Antibodies (tTG-IgA).

The second confirmatory test is an endoscopy.

This is a procedure, much like a colonoscopy, where a gastroenterologist uses a scope to look at your small intestines. During the procedure, the gastroenterologist takes small pieces–a biopsy–of your small intestines.

Kindly bear in mind that in my case the lab test came back with a false reading that kept me ill despite my doctor informing me that in terms of the lab report I was not allergic to wheat and gluten but only to dust-mites and not to absolutely anything else.

A Gluten Free Mindset

There are many people who embark on a gluten free diet with the hope that this will ease their condition but in my case I found out through trial and error that this was not to be!

I discovered the hard way that not just any ole gluten free diet plan worked and the reasons why.

The reason for this is that being gluten free is easier said than done because being really gluten free is a minefield if not properly observed can keep a person in a state of illness because of a lack of knowledge in this regard.

And to be sure, it does not boil down to how much of money you have or the lack of it thereof!

It’s all about if you understand what the condition is in relation to you mind body and soul. And in relation to the environment and in direct relationship to what you can and cannot eat or what you can or cannot apply on your body, the latter which just happens to be your largest organ!

        Salad Dressings: Most salad dressings including blue cheese may contain gluten.

        Rye & Sprouted Bread: Most sprouted bread and rye contain gluten.

        Syrups: most syrup although made from non wheat and gluten free ingredients but use an enzyme made from barley that contains gluten.

        Soups & Gravies: Most readymade soups & gravies may contain gluten.

        Medication: most medication may contain gluten which is used as a binder to its shellac casing. This includes vitamin tablets.

        Learn the art of reading labels that large corporations have designed and compiled to fool you into eating wheat and gluten.

        They use high scientific and foreign sounding names like triticum volgare, Hordeum vulgare, Triticale, Triticum spelta which if you wondering refers to the various forms of the wheat family which is all nicely laden with gluten.

Foods Labeled Gluten Free

Vaccine Injury?

I have a theory that which begs the question. Is “big pharma” covertly and cowardly loading their killer gene altering cocktail of poisons into their flu vaccines? (And they still maybe doing so) because this is what happened to me a few years ago, which was many years prior to the coved charade.

“Many years ago when I was administered with what was supposed to be a flu vaccine as advised by the doctor. The doctor who administered that poison shot into me did not advise me of any of the potential side effects of the vaccine.

I must state at the outset that I was a perfectly healthy person with no medical issues at all. It was immediately after receiving the injection and whilst still in doctor’s rooms that I began to perspire.

My body became itchy and I began to instantly break out in hives. I also became terribly nauseous and my heart started to pound violently.

My lips turned hard and blue and my face became swollen. My eyes felt as they were going to pop out of their sockets.

I felt as if I was dying. I had to be immediately rushed to hospital.

The doctor advised me that this occurred to me because I was allergic to penicillin. I surmise that this could not have been the case because I had taken penicillin injections prior with zero adverse reaction.

I somehow forced myself to believe what would eventually prove itself to be a lie from my doctor. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at that stage because I know no better.

It was a while after receiving the so called vaccination that I developed an allergy reaction. A reaction that I would later discover was adversely related to wheat and gluten.

It was when I had my allergic reaction visited another doctor who tested me for the reason for my allergic reaction.

When the test results returned from the laboratory, the test results showed that I was allergic to dust mites.

The results did not mention anything about me being allergic to wheat and gluten. I did suspect that I may have been allergic to wheat and gluten because my face had puffed up whilst eating a sandwich. I was advised by the doctor that I was fine and zero dietary restrictions were required. And still my adverse health conditions persisted as I deteriorated health wise.

I was not only concerned about my deteriorating health condition but I also started to experience much discomfort It was after careful consideration accompanied by a nagging feeling that I decided to take the plunge and consult with a second independent doctor. There were various different signs and symptoms that were flaring up that were really causing much havoc not only with my bodily health but also with my ability for me to function just as a human being.

It was whilst in consultation with the I informed him of my various aches, pains and other really weird things that my body was doing. I had been experiencing various issues and one of them was a constant nagging acute pain in my tummy. The doctor after carefully examining me advised me that the pain in my tummy was an ulcer!

This doctor failed to give me a reasonable explanation about what was causing the swelling on my face. The swelling on my face amongst other things persisted. After consulting a third medico who also was of no help I decided to give up with much despair. And take, matters into my own hands.

I can assure that this was not a nice situation to be in. I really did not know what to do next. I was in uncharted waters I was literally standing out in the cold. I had but one option open to me, continue as I was in a ensue of hopelessness or self diagnose and treat myself through research. And through trial and error not knowing if I would succeed in what I set out to do in relation to this mysterious, yes with prudence of hindsight it was a mysterious condition that nearly took my life!

The first thing that I did was to abstain from wheat and gluten. As I have mentioned above, I suspected that wheat and gluten lay at the core of my problem.

As also mentioned it was whilst eating a sandwich that the one side of my face puffed up like a blowfish and I kid you not. This fact is really important and it can never be overstated as I have personally witnessed many people around me die of allergic like symptoms that were in many cases similar to mine. I am aware that many of these people made sure that they had gone through extensive medical checkups whose test results had come back all clear.

Wheat has been called a chronic poison. There is an entirely new strain of wheat plants that has been introduced to the world. There has been a serious amount of hybridization done to commercially farmed wheat and not forgetting the vast amount of toxic pesticides that are sprayed onto the wheat crops. Increasingly, glyphosate is also sprayed just before harvest on wheat, barley, oats and beans that are not genetically engineered. Glyphosate kills the crop, drying it out so it can be harvested sooner than if the plant were allowed to die naturally. Then there toxic and downright poisonous pesticides sprayed on wheat grains: those pesticides sprayed on growing crops and the combination of pesticides added to stored grains. Once pesticides have contaminated the grain, they gain entry into food chain, with consequential health hazards for human beings.

Then, is this not but one the real reason for the rapid increase in food allergies that is swamping the planet?’ I suspect that there is also another sinister agenda at play but that would be a topic on its own for another book.

The question remains, is this then an underlying reason for the explosion of autism especially amongst our children? If this is the case then virtually every single corporation on the planet is complicit in this secret agenda of death because they strive to include gluten in virtually all consumer products both food and non food products across the board.

There are just a single corporation that own and control amongst other things, the planets air, water and synthetic processed food chain. And the name of that corporation is called the infamous Vanguard Corporation.

This single corporation can easily control the quality of the air that we breathe by increasing the amount of toxic poisons their industries release into the environment.

Our entire water purification systems around the earth lay under the control of this singular corporation. The water that we drink has been poisoned with fluoride and other toxic chemicals ever since our drinking water was made systemized.

The entire planets synthetic processed food industry also lies under the control of this nefarious corporation. A case in point is Nestle which is also owned by Vanguard is also known to operate in an unethical manner. Nestle owns almost 500 factories across the planet. And Nestle makes up just a single strand of the other food companies owned by this lone corporation.

There are tens of thousands of the planets food producing factories that is owned and by extension and stand under the iron grip of just a single corporation. You may want to put this in you pipe and smoke it?

These corporations of death are making aggressive moves to corner the vegan and gluten free processed and ready to eat food market they say that truth is stranger than fiction and these sounds like a plot in a James Bond movie.

The chilling factor is that the protagonists in this movie that is playing out in real time before our very eyes is very real for those with eyes to see and ears to hear.

The evidence at hand proves that this corporation is run by sociopathic and psychopathic evil creatures whose lust for death by consuming the earth’s pristine precious resources and her depopulation knows no limits!

Think about this for a while…just a single person or creature who acts as the chief executive officer (CEO) of this CORPORATION gets to control the people on this planet. It has been said that an army marches on its stomach! This means that if an army has to be effective it requires good and healthy food in order to be effective and by extension a global population forced to eat unhealthy junk food will never get to know the true natural beauty and amazing true human potential that nature has bestowed upon them!

A single person or creature has the ability to decide how sick the planets population should be or how many people in the world must live and how many must die literally at the stroke of a pen.

And to take it a step further, a single person or creature decides what ingredients and how much of that ingredient that we eat must go into our processed food and what ingredients need to be eliminated from these foods.

I am convinced that it was because of my vaccine injury that I became allergic to wheat and gluten. I battled with the side effects for many years but rightfully or wrongfully be that as it may.

My terrible side effects included severe weight loss, muscle wasting, dizziness, persistent stomach aches, sore and creaky joints, loss of hair, teeth mobility, dry flaky skin, my skin burned like fire when I went out into the sun, bright light caused for my eyes to become painful, tingling in my hands and feet, severe kidney pain at times.

My kidney pain was so severe at times that I had to use walking sticks in order to gain mobility hunched backed

Then there was a loud slurping sound in the left hand side of my inner body and here again the doctors not only could not diagnose this problem but they could not even speculate what was causing it.

Then there was an issue of a rash breakout on my forehead and in various other parts of my body. And I can assure that it was not only uncomfortable but it was not a pretty set either

I began to suffer spinal pain problems. My left wrist began to throb and the veins in this hand became swollen. It was strange, very strange but the swelling got worse when I listened to music, it was as if the swelling was reacting to the music.

I had to endure the concern of seeing traces of blood in my urine. My eyes hurt and there were dark crusty rings that formed around my eyes,

I often observed in the mirror a bluish tinge that formed around my lips. There were darting electric shocks that shot around in my body. I had developed an irregular sleeping pattern with heavy perspiration when I did eventually manage to fall asleep

I had lost my normal complexion. I suffered with extreme brain fog and the loss of proper bodily co-ordination.

My confidence levels were down in the dumps I endured chronic constipation and a burning sensation whenever I passed urine.

I noticed a marked weakening of bodily tissue in general. This weakening of bodily tissue caused me to injure easily.

My fingers that were very flexible became stiff with overall creaky joints.

Then if all of the was not enough for one person to experience there was the occasional taste of blood in my saliva. I suffered regular tiredness, blurry vision, disorientation especially when driving with an inability to navigate or park normally,

There was the terrible situation that was not only embarrassing but also hampered my mobility. This occurred when the left side disconnected from the right hand side of my body it was as if I had suffered a stroke.

My severe allergy to wheat. Gluten persisted. I noticed that I had become allergic to everything else that was unnatural and toxic

I can never forget the bitter taste in my tongue when exposed to toxins, the swelling of face persisted. I had developed another serious problem where I could feel that my intestines were becoming swollen and painful.

I could never discover why my nose ran when I ate food

I developed severe acid reflux that led to severe pain in my right toe.

A surreal sense coupled with disorientation consumed me. There was a loss of finger co-ordination that made me feel useless at times.

A deep sense of dread and dark thoughts began to form a cloud over me. It had token me a long time with much pain and failure as I learned in baby steps not only to survive this terrible death sentence but more than anything else I have learned to beat that deadly allergy! I had worked long and hard with much risk to learn the real Deadly Secrets of Wheat and Gluten and here I am simply handing to you for the price of a cup of coffee.

How I Learned To Thrive And Flourish.

Today as I write this I can assure you that I am so much more than what I used to be.

I am fit; I can both run and walk long distances I have taken to riding powerful off road bikes but after a terrible accident in the mountain where I sustained multiple fractures to my limbs I have decided to give that up.

Anecdotally I can honestly say that I did not allow for myself to be hospitalized or to receive medical treatment at all I took zero pain killers or any other medication. I have my general practitioner, my attorney and several family and friends who will attest to my phenomenal accident recovery

I go out hiking and occasionally spend time in the bush or mountains with zero issues. I guess my point of telling all of this to you is not to brag or boast but it is my way of trying to encourage you if you suffer similar conditions as mine to move ahead and achieve super health and fitness.
