Red Meat Consumption Severely Increases Death Possibilities from Heart Disease & Cancer
A study has claimed that consumption of two rashers of bacon every day results in raising the chances of dying from heart disease and cancer by 20%. Although the red meat is already considered as the cause of several health problems, the latest large scale American study has now directly linked it to higher death risks.
The Harvard School of Public Health in Boston has analysed the data of over 120,000 men and women tracked down for nearly 30 years. The data reveals that during the study, almost 24,000 people died.
