Wolf Total Fitness Launches New Saturday Fitness Programs for Kids

Wolf Total Fitness in Big Bear Lake, CA is now offering a children’s fitness program to be held on Saturdays.
 

Big Bear Lake, USA – The benefits of starting kids out early in fitness programs have been well documented and include improved mood and self-esteem as well as reductions in childhood obesity and diabetes. Making these programs interesting and getting kids to stick with them has been a constant challenge.

Beginning Saturday, March 2nd, Wolf Total Fitness will be offering special classes for ages 5-12 in their large classroom which offers a separate entrance from their main workout facility. “Zumba® for Kids”, which will be taught by Zulma Herrera-Vakkur, will be held from 1-2pm. “Infinite Vibes Yoga”, being taught by Angie McCullough will be held from 2-3pm. Parents can sign their children up for one or both classes.
