Personal: Obamacare Editorial- Must Read!

Dear Patriots (bcc herein w/permission to forward),

  Remember what Nancy Pelosi said: “We need to Pass this ‘Bill’ so we know what’s in it!”

  Her comment is but a reflection of the larger ‘mindset’ of a Political Oligarchy that has only gotten larger and more lethal with each passing decade.

  They have used and employed every tactic associated with Marxism, massaging and advancing that Ideology through the continued use of Separation using People, a ‘Doctrine’ of insane ‘Humanitarianism’ and the continued torrent of ‘Fairness’ to bring forth upon this Country a social condition of such Political Abstraction, so different and so vile from what this Republic once stood for, that I am amazed that any of us still remain to question their demonic authority at all!

  And yet, ‘Freely’, many will pay willing Tribute to them via the theft of their money created from a Mathematical Venue of such profound dynamic, that it makes of the word Pirate, noble by comparison.

  And unto Their ‘collection’, realized through the Nefarious Composites of a Legal & Financial System they created, will YOUR Submission be made complete & final thanks to their stooges within their IRS in conjunction with their Treasury and Central Bank!

  Herein, one of our OWN (Member, Board of Directors) within the Confederate Society, Mr. Kevin Carroll, will share with YOU, because he cares, the impending Bill called ObamaCare that was passed via an ancient Proxy and antiquated Plebiscite called ‘Nullification’ that will Take YOU, Your Family and this Country DOWN so others, again under the guise of so-called Humanitarianism, whose design was always intended and purposed for an expanded Demographic Voting Base upon which this Oligarchy in Washington will advance.

  There will be NO HOPE for reversal!  

  This Bill was written by the Special Interest Groups & Big Pharma Lobbies- just as ALL the other Bills that are ‘passed’.

  WHAT….YOU thought YOUR ‘representatives’ wrote them?

  That was another time and place when YOU actually had REPRESENTATION!

  It is in their Interests that YOU Must succumb, and it is in their interests that YOUR subjugation will be completed as a result!  

  THEIR IRS agents (15,000 being hired) will enforcetheir Plebiscite- the SAME IRS whose leaders Targeted YOU because YOU dared to call YOURSELF a Patriot whose Leadership ‘KNOWS NOTHING about ANYTHING’ while walking away with benefits and continued employment realized from YOU via the ‘TAXES’ YOU pay to keep this Mafia in business.

Dear Craig

As you know my friend, I am a small medical provider with locations in Florida and Georgia. I decided to write the editorial board of the Palm Beach Post (a very liberal newspaper who gets much of their newsfeeds from the NY Times and AP) in order to educate some of the people as to the train-wreck heading to America as stated by Senator Max Baucus of Montana. He, as you recall, was the deciding vote who was in favor of the  bill before he was against it.

I wanted to share the editorial with you and others so people get prepared (if possible) for what is the continuation of socialist mission creep that has grown like a cancer in the country for a century and a half.

Re: Meaningful (ab)use.

Senator Max Baucus recently referred to Obamacare as a slow motion track wreck waiting to happen. He was the deciding vote who was for the bill before he became against it. I agree with Senator Baucus’s epiphany and here are a couple of reasons why.

1.                  Meaningful use:  This is a standard which basically requires all medical licensed practitioners to achieve electronic health records (EHR) in a government approved format. Sounds like a good idea until you begin to realize that in order to achieve it many small medical providers will have to upload their resonant data (as well as new patient data) to the “cloud” so that your health care information is available to other providers and government. This transformation of EHR will put many small medical practices out of business due to the cost of implementation that could run well in excess of six figures to implement. With Medicare reimbursement being slashed by nearly $700billion in Obamacare coupled with sequestration, small practices will have difficulty making ends meet and may be forced to lay off workers or worse, close altogether.

2.                  ACO’s:Accountable Care Organizations are entities created by Obamacare which funnel money to certain “approved” providers of medical services. This is disguised as a switch from a fee for service (FFS) industry to a new model which is based upon the diagnosis (dx) of the patient’s condition. The ACO’s are going to be the new big dogs in the pen. They will control and decide what happens to healthcare on a regional level and will exclude many small medical providers from joining their club. What will happen is that ACO’s will be gate keepers restricting small providers from seeing patients while taking the Obama care incentive money which is based upon limiting access and service to patients. By restricting and tightly controlling the amount of care, the ACO will enable tighter rationing and they will make money by not spending any.

I could probably write more reasons why Senator Max Baucus has decided to retire over this debacle than to run for re-election and then have to explain to Montanan’s why he gave this to America, but suffice to say, he sees a train wreck heading for America and I agree with him. Estimated time of arrival for the train is shortly after the 2014 election since that is when the new coding requirements will be in place and all payments will be suspended as the system tries to adjust to thousands and thousands of new codes.  Everything that has been promised –much of it has yet to pass. You will get just what you wanted America, a slow motion catastrophe that you asked for, wished for, and voted for all the while not seeing the erosion of a country right before your very eyes.

             Now he pretends to be outraged vis-à-vis the Dog & Pony show we are witnessing in Washington’s Never, Never Land.

             This Bunch would make Stalin & Hitler blush… and off into the ‘Sunset’ will Baucus go with his Independent Medical Coverage and Fat-Cat Retirement thanks to YOU & Me to write his memoirs or serve on one of the many Boards as a ‘Councilere’ for the Next Bill that comes up so WE can ALL be surprised to find out what’s in it, again, after its passed.
