Veteran, (let down) by; "America's Health-Care System," Federally and abroad

Veteran: Fox Verdun, Originally had his {hip documented} by his family physician in Feb, 2014. Almost a year later Jan 2015. Verdun has his Veteran’s Attorney, apply for {Bilateral Hip Condition.} August 4th, 2015 Verdun gets a (rating decision) on his “left hip condition” by, the VA. The VA claims Verdun’s hip is not connect to Verdun’s military service. Verdun suggest, there is a such a thing as {Secondary-Service Conditions} but the VA doesn’t talk about it?

The VA also ‘down-plays’ Verdun’s condition to (Hip Strain.) June 14,2016 Verdun gets his decision from the “Veterans Administration” they deny Verdun’s hip condition and fail to give Verdun (due process) to his case which violates, {Verdun’s 5th & 14th Amendment Rights!}

 
To refuse Verdun a {Medical-Examination,} The VA must adequately and explicitly delineate its reason therefor, providing a sound statement in Verdun’s case. The VA’s ultimate conclusion; gave just an opinion of Verdun’s Case. Verdun’s Attorneys, {explain to the VA that abuse of discretion,or otherwise is not accordance with law.}

Sept 2, 2016? Verdun goes to “Sutter Hospital” for treatment of his (left hip?) There’s no verification that Verdun has a (hip condition.) So, Verdun has nothing of record to present to ‘Sutter Hospital’ that he has a hip problem. Sutter Hospital,takes (X-Rays) and don’t get back to Verdun on any problem and say put ice on it?

Verdun not satisfied with Sutter’s Hospital diagnosis,goes to the VA for help. The VA just aggravate Verdun talking about everything but his hip which, is why he’s there to be seen in the firstplace. Verdun, decides after 1 hours of getting nothing accomplished at the VA in McClellan, CA. Verdun decides to leave. Now this is the second time a hospital fail to treat Verdun for a condition not yet found because the VA never scheduled Verdun for a {Hip – Evaluation or X-Ray.}

Verdun has an appointment at his family physician and they send Verdun for X-Rays and Verdun explains all he went through to get help for his hip to his doctor. Well, Verdun gets a call from his doctors assistant and says; The X-Rays,show (bone spurs) pushing on {nerves causing sever pain} and could hinder Verdun from walking.

Now, Verdun informs his attorney of what’s going on and he is scheduled with an Orthopedic Doctor for decision. Could the VA have prevented this condition from getting to far out of control? I don’t know says, Verdun but I’m sure disappointed with the,

             {Medical System in America} and how they value there patients and veterans…
