TYRANNY: “Physician Misinformation Bill” Goes Into Effect as Law in California, Prevents Doctors From Speaking Freely, Could Lose Their Medical License

In the last days there are more and more attempts to silence truth. Why? Well, would you willingly accept a medical treatment that is INTENDED to kill you?

Where to begin? Hideously unconstitutional and more to the immediate point, a threat to public health. Healthy young people are dying suddenly. This is what comes of Obamacare, government controlled healthcare. The “physician misinformation bill,” which has just gone into effect as law in California, prevents doctors from sharing the risks associated with mRNA experimental “vaccines.” In other words, doctors could have their medical licenses revoked for telling the truth.

How does this California law do anything more than protect the drug manufacturers and their agents? Why would anyone expect this to apply ONLY to COVID misinformation. IT WON”T! Anything that GOVT SAYS is FALSE will eventually come under this law which is a direct unconstitutional assault on the First Amendment.  Govt professional licenses are a clever means to control individual actions by threatening to revoke them when citizens say and do things Govt doesn’t like.

In September, California Gov. Gavin Newson signed AB-2098, also known as the “physician misinformation bill.” The bill went into effect on Jan. 1 and states that the “spread of misinformation and disinformation about COVID-19 vaccines has weakened public confidence and placed lives at serious risk.”

Is that so? Welcome to Orwell’s Ministry of Truth now part of California Govt but soon to have National impact. It is an Earmark of a totalitarian regime. If this stands, you will as a professional, NEVER be able to discuss anything meaningful again.
