Healthvocate, an AI-Powered Healthcare Advocacy Platform, Set to Launch July 24, 2026

DALLAS, Texas – Healthvocate, a new AI-powered healthcare and benefits advocacy platform, will launch July 24 at healthvocate.com, giving consumers fifteen tools to navigate insurance denials, medical billing errors, Medicare and Social Security decisions, and government benefits they may not know they qualify for. Early access sign-ups are open now at healthvocate.com/register. The platform’s positioning: a system on your side when you’re navigating the healthcare and benefits maze.

The platform is built around a single architectural rule: the AI never writes what a user reads. Healthvocate’s AI returns only structured, typed data – flags, categories, dollar ranges – and a separate rendering layer turns that data into the plain-language appeals, disputes, and applications a user sees. Every outbound action will require the user’s review and digital signature before anything is transmitted to an insurer, provider, or government program.

“I built Healthvocate because the systems meant to help people – insurance, Medicare, Social Security – are built for institutions, not people,” said John Yearwood, founder of Healthvocate. “The AI drafts. You decide. Nothing gets sent without your signature.”

Healthvocate’s fifteen tools span five categories: benefits and coverage (Benefits Scanner, Social Security Optimizer, Medicare Optimizer), authorization and appeals (Authorization Denial Letters, Appeal & Denial Tracker, External Review Builder), bills and charges (Medical Bill Auditor, Surprise Bill Checker, EOB Explainer), savings and assistance (Prescription Optimizer, Equipment Lookup, Charity & Aid Finder), and records and care (Medical Concierge, Medical Records, Medical Form Filler).

When it launches, Healthvocate will also publish a live Impact page at healthvocate.com/press, tracking the platform’s own real, cumulative results – dollars disputed, benefits found, denials appealed — with sample sizes disclosed and a public methodology, starting from zero at launch.

“Most companies publish a number once it looks good,” Yearwood said. “We’re publishing ours starting from zero, in public, and letting it grow the same way our users see it – honestly, with the sample size attached.”

At launch, Healthvocate will offer an Individual plan at $19/month, a Family plan with household coverage at $29/month, and a $10 credit toward a single full analysis with no subscription required – there is no timed free trial; free users will see an opaque preview of what the platform finds before choosing a plan or credit.

At launch, Healthvocate will also offer two ways to share the platform: a refer-a-friend program, where a new user gets a credit toward their first full result and the person who referred them earns a credit of their own once that friend makes a first payment; and an affiliate program for creators and communities whose audience overlaps with Healthvocate’s, paying 20% of a referred subscriber’s payments for twelve months through Stripe. Both open when the platform does, on July 24.

Insurers denied roughly 20% of claims on federal marketplace plans in 2023, and consumers appealed fewer than 1% of those denials — though insurers overturned 56% of the appeals that were actually filed, according to KFF’s analysis of federal data. Healthvocate’s Authorization Denial Letters tool is built for that gap: drafting the appeal, with the citations to back it, so the fight isn’t one-sided.

The platform passed a full pre-launch security review – covering injection, authorization, file handling, secrets management, and the AI prompt path specifically – with no critical or high-severity findings outstanding.

Healthvocate is built and operated by solo founder John Yearwood, based in the Dallas–Irving area. Yearwood, an SMU alumnus (Dedman College, 2014) and FMVA-certified with roughly a decade of finance and valuation experience, built the platform’s fifteen tools and compliance architecture independently, using AI-assisted development tooling.

Healthvocate opens to the public July 24, 2026, at healthvocate.com. Early access sign-ups are open now at healthvocate.com/register.
