The Debut of El Chapo?

There is a video making its rounds around the internet where Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán is apparently seen interrogating a man. The video is of low quality and very hard to see any detail. Can anyone truly say for certain that it is El Chapo? I doubt it, as El Chapo has been very elusive and pictures of him are few and outdated.

In the video the person wearing dark pants, white shirt and baseball cap, the supposed alleged El Chapo Guzman, is standing asking questions of a man who is sitting and this man is providing information about a rival criminal group that is supposed to be operating in Mazatlan and Zacatecas.

This video has a duration of 1 minute 44 seconds, but does not include any reference to the place and date it was recorded, and most important the dark grainy face of the alleged man conducting the interview does not give clear evidence of the capo of the Sinaloa Cartel. Weigh in, por favor!

Kidnapped: …their money, they sent them a phone.
Chapo Guzmán: Who are they?
Kidnapped: Our people were around there, Emiliano, the one that got killed yesterday.
Chapo Guzmán: That son of a whoring mother was a group boss? He was the boss of Mazatlan?
Kidnapped: No, the Colombiano, the Colombiano gave orders to him.
Chapo Guzmán: Where is the Colombiano right now?
Kidnapped: In Los Mochis.
Chapo Guzmán: So the whole band of assholes is in Los Mochis?
Kidnapped: Yes.
Chapo Guzmán: So we have to get that damn bitch [to get] all the vatos. And in Mazatlan where is she?
Kidnapped: For real I don’t know, but the one that picks them up is the one that died yesterday.
Chapo Guzmán: Those from Zacatecas are in Mazatlan as well?
Kidnapped: Yes those from Zacatecas are the ones in the fields.
Chapo Guzmán: And in Los Mochis?
Kidnapped: There is also people from Zacatecas, Juanjo and El Oso.
Chapo Guzmán: Where are the people from Zacatecas?
Kidnapped: In Los Mochis and right now here in Los Limones.
Chapo Guzmán: You are not lying to me? A while ago you told me they were in Mazatlan.
Kidnapped: It’s that yesterday they got here, and from here they sent them to the fields.
Chapo Guzmán: How many are there?
Kidnapped: I don’t know how many there are, but they were coming in various trucks towards Los Mochis.

Kidnapped: I don’t know señor.
Chapo Guzmán: But people did go to Nayarit?
Kidnapped: Yes señor the twenty [of them].

There is also a letter that makes reference of El 50 – M-1, El Fantasma – M-2 and Bravo – Chapo. It is signed by Licensiado Damaso. It ends with “Do not forget to infiltrate “El Bideo” (Youtube?) y las foros (forums or blogs?).
