DACA is both an Oxymoron and Illegal!
It is going to hurt your brain but it is time for some critical thinking skills!
Questions
1. If I was a burglar and stole from your house and sold the items at a pawn shop should the pawn shop owner be allowed to keep the items? i.e. PROFIT from my illegal activity
2. Is it illegal for the pawnshop owner to buy, (PROFIT), from buying the stolen goods?
3. As the burglar I went home and deposited the money from selling the stolen goods into bank accounts set up in my children’s names but later I was eventually arrested. Thus, should my children’s accounts be frozen or should my kids be allowed to enjoy financial gains derived from my illegal activity?
Anyone with good morals would answer that neither the Pawnshop Owner or my children should be allowed to profit from my illegal activity.
This answer is of course the proof of oxymoron through fact that one of the qualifications of DACA is being of good moral standing. Their own application for DACA proves they lack morals and thus should be disqualified. By them applying for DACA they have proved that they believe they should PROFIT/BENEFIT by the Illegal activity of their parent(s)! Hence, they have proved by their own actions that their answer to number 3 is that they believe it acceptable for the children of the burglar to keep the money derived by the illegal/unlawful activity of their parent which clearly delineates that they lack the required morals to be accepted for the said program. Likewise, if they answered “NO” as their answer for question 3 then they have also proved themselves to be a LIAR by themselves having applied for DACA; thereby also proving their lack of morals, and thus not qualified for DACA!
By them applying for DACA they prove beyond a shadow of doubt they believe they should benefit/profit from the illegal activity of their parent(s); clearly disqualifying themselves from DACA by proof that they lack morals; a qualification of said illegal and unlawful executive order which it itself was put in place by an immoral act of letting individuals profit/benefit from an illegal activity!
