Mollie Tibbetts Murder Stirs National Anger; Criminal Alien Rapist Given 80-Year Sentence

The day after an illegal alien (who is being labeled an undocumented immigrant), 24-year-old Cristian Rivera, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder for the killing of an Iowa university student, 20-year-old Mollie Tibbetts, another criminal alien was given 80-years in prison for his multiple rapes of Illinois women.

An Illinois judge —  Judge David Carlson —  slammed the local and federal officials who failed to enforce a 2012 the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer on an illegal immigrant who was free to violently assault and rape at least three women. Judge Carlson clearly showed his anger when he said the rapist “shouldn’t have been in this country in the first place.”

Miguel C. Luna, 37, a Mexican national who was living in Joliet, Illinois, was given the maximum sentence of 80 years in prison following his confession in May 2018 to the physical and sexual assaults of two women who were jogging in a state park in two separate incidents in 2015 and 2016. Luna also confessed to sexually assaulting a third woman who had died.before the trial.

“You shouldn’t have been in this country,” Judge David Carlson said, according to Det. Lt. Samuel Clarridge. “The [local and federal officials] let these victims down in this case.” The judge also said he had difficulty comprehending the fact that Luna had not been deported in 2012 when a fugitive warrant for his arrest was issued by ICE.

“This judge is just one jurist who believes the government — especially the Deep State officials from the Obama administration — has failed the American people by not performing one of its primary functions — protection from enemies foreign or domestic. A rapist is an enemy if he’s in this country illegally,” said Det. Lt. Clarridge, a sex crimes unit commander.

Refuting Democratic Party Propaganda

Unfortunately for Americans, each time President Donald Trump attempts to enforce immigration laws, build security fortifications at the U.S.-Mexico borders, and request additional legislation from the House and Senate, he is blocked by partisan Democrats.

These Deep State members believe destroying the President is more important than protecting the lives of American citizens.

The far-left lawmakers who appear to run the Democratic Party are seeking the votes of the immigrants and seeking a change from capitalism to neo-socialism. There are some Republicans who are also seeking more immigration and more porous borders.

During his abysmal eight years in the White House, President Barack Obama’s idea of protecting Americans appeared to include restricting gun ownership, disrespecting and denigrating police officers, and releasing illegal aliens convicted of heinous and serious crimes such as sex crimes against children, rape and kidnapping for ransom, according to veteran law enforcement officers. An example of this politically-correctness gone berserk was discussed on Tuesday by Judicial Watch and as well as U.S. Border Patrol Agent Chris Cabrera, a whistleblower who appears to be daring the Obama administration to try silencing him.

In fact, this year while testifying before a panel of U.S. Senators, Agent Cabrera said,”Agents who repeatedly report groups larger than 20 face retribution. Management will either take them out of the field and assign them to processing detainees at the station or assign them to a fixed position in low volume areas as punishment.”

Needless to say Agents got the message and now stay below this 20 person threshold no matter the actual size of the group, Cabrera told the senate panel on March 13.

According to the watchdog group Judicial Watch, there are literally thousands of criminal aliens who were convicted of felonies, such as rape, child molestation and kidnapping, who were released in the United States by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). To make matters worse, the Homeland Security directorates responsible for immigration enforcement don’t keep track of the now free illegal alien felons.

When questioned by a Boston Globe  reporter about these alleged releases, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson told the journalist: “These released criminals are [illegal] immigrants who were convicted of sex-related crimes and ordered deported, sometimes after serving a state or federal prison term.. But if their home country will not take them back… [and ICE] must release them after six months because the Supreme Court in 2001 barred the agency from holding immigrants indefinitely.”

“The excuse sounds legitimate until you realize ICE did not exist in 2001. It was created in 2002 as part of the creation of the Department of Homeland Security,” said former sex crimes investigator Georgette Speigeler.

“The bottomline is no one cares if these criminal aliens rape women, sexually molest children, or commit other serious crimes. The Democrats want the votes… and so what if Americans are killed, raped, assaulted and robbed,” she added.
