Our friend and associate Lyle Rapacki provides the Bertrand Daily Report (BDR) with inside intelligence concerning the [caravan] army of foreign invaders and the current situation within the group(s).

They are stalled in the town of Oaxaca and preparing to enter a sub-tropic area infested with mosquitos and other barriers, already causing ~4,000 to turn back. It appears, the group might be having trouble gaining enough transportation for the estimated 10,000 in waiting.

This is an incredible set-back for the Deep State and all those allegedly sponsored by George Soros and certain Dems in Washington, including USAID and the United Nations.

The Deep State is desperate and they WILL get their buses and trucks to move this group north…..(IMO)

The back-up of groups in that area is creating a nightmare for the Mexican Government and locals. What usually happens (in this situation) is the leaders / handlers in the groups coming-up from the rear will force the front group to proceed and that’s when all hell breaks lose.

I saw that same exact scenario on the California border in 2009, monitoring their communications and watching from a hill, looking at groups causing a back-up due to our presence and that of USBP imbedded with us.

The yelling on the radio for groups up front to “just do it” caused their arrests…..

Because of the first group’s arrests, the remaining groups ( I estimated to be 100 or so) waited until darkness while a thick fog moved into that area. Many got through but many were arrested.

Moving north from Oaxaca will be dangerous if they do not get transportation, but their delay will also allow the (Active Duty) United States Armed Forces to continue setting-up miles and miles of razor wire, especially along the Arizona border where illegals easily walk right across into the U.S. in remote areas.

Lyle will keep us informed with his team’s further plans which he asked us not to reveal, but will be very informative in coming days.

Approximately 2100Hrs; C.S.T. (Texas) under this date, I was informed the main caravan containing thus far the largest numbers of people traveling north to the U.S./Mexican Border has stopped in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Approximately 10,000 people are now in some form of holding in the aforesaid State of Mexico – Oaxaca. Two additional caravans totaling approximately 5,000 are a day and a half behind the main caravan. It is unknown at the time of this report what kinds of shelter and/or temporary housing the main caravan has available.

Approximately 80% of the total people marching north are males in the age range of 16-40. There are women and children, but that population group is a significant minority. Severe infighting and hostile acts within the caravan have caused approximately 4,000 to turn back by buses brought in by the Mexican Government. Said males in the caravan are extremely arrogant and angry, having already shown on video angry and hostile acts and hostile chants to law enforcement and anyone in authority. From interviews conducted in this caravan, the males come from: Bangladesh, the Congo, Guatemala, Venezuela, Honduras, Mexico, Sri Lanka, and even Cuban Nationalists. Guatemalan authorities detained and identified one hundred (100) ISIS Members at their border prior to entrance into Mexico. The males in the main caravan have NO interest in seeking jobs or a better life in America, they are clearly agitators and hostile, and view America as a force to collapse.

It appears the Mexican Government has stopped all forms of reliable transportation to pick-up and transport north this caravan. Mexican Federal Police and military have engaged the caravan, and likewise, have sent the order that mass transportation will not be permitted except to move southward out of Mexico. It appears the incoming President of Mexico is joining Guatemala becoming a closer ally with America and President Trump. The verified stoppage of the caravan is significant news, but a waiting game now commences to learn what steps will be next. (Additional intelligence Removed for Security Reasons)
