Mencho leader of CJNG sends video message to the citizens of Tepalcatepec, Michoacan

Good afternoon town of Tepalcatepec. Through this statement we want to clarify on behalf of Mr. Mencho and his cartel which is the CJNG. This fight is not against the citizens of Tepalcatepec. But it is with El Abuelo and his cartel. Open your eyes and realize that he is using you to perform his criminal acts and benefit from you. Which just makes him look like a Templario or a Viagra. He has already started charging the town’s businesses a fee.

Meanwhile he and his children spend that money buying expensive and luxurious new vehicles. I can assure you of one thing. This fight is not against the people or with the citizens. Just so you can see how things really are. 

You can take El Abuelo out of Tepalcatepec. And you can remain calm in your town. The town belongs to the good citizens. As we all know it is you. And your Mexican government ignores El Abuelo and his cartel. Since they like to hide among innocent people. Which is the town. And if you want this war to end, take out El Abuelo and his cartel out of Tepalcatepec. And you will see that tranquility return to this town.
